Every time it's a certainty... Environment, atmosphere and food are practically perfect, all very fine and innovative, without giving up the tradition of our Sicily, and above all with excellent quality raw materials. Remarkable variety of wines. Impeccable owner and very kind staff… At Carnival there are also typical sweets. Top! I recommend it to everyone.

Ristorante in centro a Caltanissetta. Posto molto carino. Ottima cucina. Secondi eccellenti specialmente di carne. Rollò fatto in casa sublime.

A very lovingly furnished restaurant with a friendly owner who also advises and serves. Excellent food, good wine, everything is perfect here!! The prices are more than moderate.

One of the best places in Caltanissetta... every time we find ourselves there we always go there for lunch

Very delicious food, great atmosphere, vegan options and great introduction to some traditional meals. We were here with our children, the street is quiet so that the kids can play outside and the owners were very friendly with our kids :)

Ottimo pranzo, in un atmosfera accogliente e rilassante. Non fatevi scoraggiare se non lo trovate subito, è un tesoro che vale la pena andare a cercare nei vicoli del centro. Il proprietario, da vero gentiluomo siciliano, rende tutto speciale. Cucina sia di carne che di pesce con specialità mediterranee e nissene. Non riusciamo a fare una classifica di cosa abbiamo preferito, forse gli spaghetti con crema di pistacchio, stracciatella e gamberoni, ma anche le orecchiette con broccoli, pomodori secchi ecc.. Avremmo voluto provare tanti altri piatti uno più goloso dell'altro Ottimo nella qualità, servizio, cortesia e nel rapporto qualità prezzo. Da provare e riprovare.

Excellent cuisine, very fresh ingredients, unique flavours. Swordfish cut, a masterpiece of taste and freshness. The owner is a kind, friendly person, a gentleman! Congratulations to all.

Fine dining. Excellent menu. I couldn't order via their app at the table, but the host was very helpful and took my order the old-fashioned way. I was pleasantly surprised at the subtly of the flavours.
