All the dishes I ordered: fava beans, artichokes, swordfish roulade, panelle and cazzili, chard, and Luna Trio Grillo DOC white wine were excellent. The pleasure of sitting at the table. Thank you.

Sunday lunch in Caltanissetta while traveling around Sicily, at a trattoria serving traditional food, excellent fava bean macco and bucatini with sardines. The owner was very kind.

01/03/2026: Nice atmosphere in the center of Niscemi. Excellent and fast service. The waiters are very polite and friendly. A truly charming and welcoming place. Excellent pizza and fantastic craft beers... kudos to you.

South's Flow

15/02/2026: The quality of the products is definitely the restaurant's strong point: everything is excellent and mostly homemade, including the bread. The space is very simple, with just a few outdoor tables under a portico, which, unfortunately, doesn't make for a particularly conducive atmosphere for conversation, but nothing special. The staff is friendly and approachable, and the prices are fair, especially for the season. Highly recommended, and probably the only one of its kind in Caltanissetta.
04/01/2026: Iconic. Since meeting Stefano (the owner) and seeing South's Flow grow, for me there's no other burger in all of Caltanissetta. Quality, kindness, iconicity. The bun is their strong point, expertly crafted, and the meat (whether patty or pulled) is also top-notch. My only complaint, if I may: use less coleslaw in the pulled, for my personal taste. Otherwise, always top-notch.
