Every time it's a certainty... Environment, atmosphere and food are practically perfect, all very fine and innovative, without giving up the tradition of our Sicily, and above all with excellent quality raw materials. Remarkable variety of wines. Impeccable owner and very kind staff… At Carnival there are also typical sweets. Top! I recommend it to everyone.

We went for lunch on 12/26. Comfortable and quiet environment, top quality food, precise and courteous service. One of those places where you like to visit and breathe the familiar air of an old village. Thanks to Michele and his collaborators

Locale accogliente e atmosfera piacevole il tutto accompagnato dalla prelibatezza dei piatti (abbondanti) ordinati. La gentilezza del proprietario non manca mai cosi come anche l'attenzione verso i commensali. Anche il prezzo è da considerarsi onesto.

Ristorante in centro a Caltanissetta. Posto molto carino. Ottima cucina. Secondi eccellenti specialmente di carne. Rollò fatto in casa sublime.
