We visited the restaurant in January, which, in a refined setting, offered an experience consistent with the expectations of a Michelin star: extremely attentive and elegant service from our arrival to our departure, ever-present but never invasive, and a cuisine crafted with technical rigor and a keen eye for detail. The culinary offerings reflect the chef's research, solid and balanced between technique and flavor. I would particularly like to mention the shellfish bisque: intense, with a memorable concentration of flavor...one of the highlights of the experience, along with the tortelli and the lamb. What can I say? A restaurant that fully deserves the recognition it receives.

Modern, chic, relaxed. The service was kind and very attentive, soft spoken and professional. The food was inventive but not tacky, classic with a contemporary perspective. The ingredients were very fine and the flavors were interesting.
Great lobster, delicious foie gras, tender cod, hearty but juicy pigeon. Interesting wine pairings with an entertaining local touch. An exceptional bread selection.

A perfectly managed restaurant, so it's impossible not to give it top marks. The cuisine is astonishing, with dishes that hit the mark from the first bite. The wine selection is top-notch, and the wait staff is attentive, professional, and discreet. A truly positive experience across the board.

We had dinner at Claudio Sadler's Michelin-starred restaurant last night and were more than impressed.
We received a very friendly welcome at the entrance and were shown to our table. The interior is beautiful, and the service was super friendly.
We both opted for the traditional menu, and no matter which course was served, they were all perfectly seasoned, beautiful to look at, and delicious.
The sommelier was always attentive and refilled our glasses.
Thank you for this wonderful evening, and we'll be back.

Went for a birthday lunch, great food and service by the service staffs. Highly recommended if u dont want to spend so much for dinner because of Michelin star,lunch is not Michelin but it was fantastic too. They were so nice to even gave us the whole birthday choc cake free of charge! And the cake tasted amazing too!

Cucina tradizionale ma nello stesso tempo innovativa,ottima linea seguita dallo chef secondo me.
Ristorante che fa parte di Casa Baglioni,struttura centenaria nel cuore di Brera,uno dei quartieri più glamour e lussuosi di Milano.
Il menù scelto:
- Uovo bazzotto con spaghetti di asparagi, spuma di patate e casera, tartufo nero
- Ravioli di ossobuco con gel di limone e fonduta di zafferano
- Costoletta di vitello alla milanese,patate saltate e asparagi gratinati
- Semifreddo di lamponi con lamponi freschi e la loro salsa

Conocimos a Claudio Sadler hace 30 años. Y comimos con sus restricciones muchas veces.
Hace mucho que no cenamos en su restaurante de Naviglio, así que queríamos probar.
Está en el centro de Milán, un barrio muy elegante.
La ubicación es moderna, elegante y cuidada.
El menú es serio y con pocos platos, pero decente.
Un plus es "a la carta" que parece desaparecido en otros restaurantes de moda, hoy en día.
Buen punto.
Fuimos a por pescados: cocinar y preparar era lo mejor.
La selección de vinos es buena, incluso si tengo que tener en cuenta que la carta de vinos está presente en una tableta Android fea que se conecta a un servidor http local (puedo ver 192 . 18 . x. y. en la barra superior de la URL del navegador. . ) MAL!
Sommelier está un poco por debajo del nivel de otros restaurantes con estrellas que visitamos.
Otra pequeña nota (negativa) es la pequeña pastelería al final: muy muy reducida, solo un par de galletas.
En resumen, una muy buena experiencia, ya que estamos acostumbrados en lugares Claudio Sadler.
