Really cant believe this is only a one star, at least a 2 for sure!...I have been to 3 stars and its comparable.
Michelin organisation: a review is a must.
The atmosphere, the setting, knowledge of the staff, and the chefs cuisine was absolutely amazing.

I highly recommend this restaurant for an elevated dinning experience. The cuisine is rooted into what makes Italian/Mediterranean cuisine great: fresh ingredients like the best tomatoes and lamb enjoyed alongside good bread, olive oil and wine!

Great food and very friendly service. The asparagus was truly amazing. So was the monk fish. Everything looked gear and tasted even better. The room itself is not great. But it is ok. The friendliness of the waiters is paired by their competences.

This was one of the best dining experiences we've had in a long time. The food was fresh, creative, and full of incredible flavor. The staff were professional, attentive, and made us feel at home throughout the evening. The atmosphere was stylish and comfortable. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends.

Beautiful evening for my partner's birthday.
Creative, high-quality dishes, but not overly exotic (just what we were looking for).
Discreet and friendly service, offering excellent wine pairing suggestions and details about the various courses. The wait staff is always ready to accommodate your mood if you feel like chatting.
We chose the Creativity & Innovation menu and have nothing to complain about!
We really enjoyed the final treat, the cocktail paired with dessert and the petit patisserie.
Highly recommended for a different kind of evening.
The bill is in line with Milanese Michelin-starred restaurants, but if you don't treat yourself every now and then, what's the point?

Lunch at Sadler's inside the Hotel Baglioni, an elegant setting and top-notch service.
For lunch, you can choose between a quick fixed-price lunch or à la carte.
The cuisine is technically very good: the basmati rice with prawns was particularly excellent, and the curry was well-balanced, and served without a cover.
The presentation was refined and the atmosphere was refined yet relaxed.
What surprised me was the cost of the extras, which wasn't clearly visible on the menu: water €7, coffee €6, and a glass of wine around €15, with a rather modest portion.
Overall, a pleasant culinary experience, but the overall quality/price ratio doesn't make me want to return.
