Claudio Sadler never disappoints. He comes to take the orders in person at the table because he manages his restaurant in person and not from some television studio. The difference is all here. And it is reflected in every aspect of the excellence that we were able to experience.

I went for lunch and ordered a burrata salad with anchovies, a truffle risotto, pasta with ossobuco and a glass of champagne. All the dishes were exceptional, but for me the salad was the real star. The combination of flavors was perfect, and every bite was a pleasure for the palate. I can't wait to return and try more delights!

Amazing restaurant. Food was perfect. Service was very good. Overall an incredible execution. Very comfortable from the size if the table, the comfort of the seats to the ambiance and low noise level in the room. They were very good about swapping items on the tasting menu. The flavors were really balanced and subtle while at the same time being innovative and complex. For reference we are from NYC, we are foodies, we eat in many Michelin restaurants all over the world, so we know good food. Overall a wonderful experience.

Saddler style food, excellent service, but I would like to underline the great professionalism, competence and courtesy of the sommelier, it made the difference for a wine enthusiast like me, we also bought his excellent vermouth.

Today I went to Sadler for the first time.
Of all the starred dishes I've eaten, I have to say that it's the one that impressed me the most.

As soon as we entered we were greeted by chef Sadler, a very attentive person who was present in the room for most of the dinner. We opted for a traditional and innovative tasting menu, pleasantly impressed by the flavors and the service in the room. A particular appreciation for the Sommelier, very competent and friendly.

Location molto bella, elegante e raffinata. Cibo al top, un vero tripudio di sapori.
Cantina eccellente, ovviamente con prezzi elevati, ma ci sta.
Anche il servizio molto buono, purtroppo con qualche caduta, come il calice di vino per accompagnare il dessert che arriva quando questo è quasi finito. Altra caduta, forse la più deludente si è avuta proprio al termine, quando ci è stato proposto un digestivo: accettato con piacere, non è mai arrivato.
Quando si pagano certe cifre, ti aspetti il massimo, che purtroppo è mancato.
