Lunch at Sadler's inside the Hotel Baglioni, an elegant setting and top-notch service.
For lunch, you can choose between a quick fixed-price lunch or à la carte.
The cuisine is technically very good: the basmati rice with prawns was particularly excellent, and the curry was well-balanced, and served without a cover.
The presentation was refined and the atmosphere was refined yet relaxed.
What surprised me was the cost of the extras, which wasn't clearly visible on the menu: water €7, coffee €6, and a glass of wine around €15, with a rather modest portion.
Overall, a pleasant culinary experience, but the overall quality/price ratio doesn't make me want to return.

Sadler is a fine restaurant in Milan where I had a great time. The atmosphere is elegant and quiet, perfect for a relaxed dinner. The service was attentive and discreet, never intrusive. The dishes were carefully prepared and balanced. Overall, a refined and pleasant experience.

Great food and very friendly service. The asparagus was truly amazing. So was the monk fish. Everything looked gear and tasted even better. The room itself is not great. But it is ok. The friendliness of the waiters is paired by their competences.

I went after being invited, and instead of the set course, I ordered à la carte. The service was good and the wine was excellent, but the food felt a little salty. The portions were generous, though.

One of Milan's longest-running Michelin-starred restaurants. The chef, present for our visit, was welcoming and extremely kind. Each course on the daily menu, €48 excluding drinks (very affordable for the price), was delicious and well-prepared. The dining room staffed by a team of young, passionate, and highly trained professionals. A pleasure for the palate and for the exceptional level of cuisine and service.

Excellent experience, located just steps from Porta Venezia, simple and well-kept.
Attentive and helpful service, excellent cuisine.
The oysters are wonderful, the risotto al salto with melted parmesan cream is spectacular. The moito and raspberry sorbets are excellent, as is the tiramisu.
Interesting wine cellar.

It was a good experience. The dishes were thoughtfully composed, and the pairing of ingredients was very well done. You can tell there was a lot of attention to balance and flavor in each course.
That said, the service was not as proactive as we expected. Since this is a Michelin one-star restaurant, we felt the attentiveness and overall hospitality could be improved a bit.
One small inconvenience was that the restroom is located on another floor, so you need to take the elevator, which was not very convenient.
Overall, it’s still a place worth trying at least once.
