A wonderful restaurant with excellent service. The hospitality of our waiter, Duccio, truly made our evening with my friend special - attentive, warm, and professional. Delicious steaks and an amazing tiramisu. Definitely a place we’d love to return to.

The refined yet welcoming atmosphere makes you feel immediately at ease. The service is very attentive, present but never intrusive. We started with a zucchini and pecorino flan and a truffle egg, followed by the classic Florentine steak. The overall experience was positive, although the bill is quite high considering the classic cuisine, without any particular reinterpretations.

I went to Sabatini on an anniversary with my girlfriend, and it did not disappoint . Other than staring at my beautiful girlfriend the entire time the environment was spectacular and so was the food. Our waiter Alessio was incredible and our experience was even better!

I learned about the restaurant through social media and booked with The Fork, which offered a 20% discount. The oldest restaurant in Florence has spacious dining rooms and a beautiful internal garden, visible through a glass wall but not accessible. At lunch, I couldn't have spaghetti flambéed at the table, which is only available at dinner. Prices are moderately high.

A classy restaurant with attentive, elegant, and friendly service. The staff was impeccable in every way. The price was €90 per person, including a glass of Chianti, appetizer, meat dish, dessert, and coffee. The best Chianina beef fillet I've ever eaten. We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Florence.
