The hospitality is warm and happy, the decor elegant. The menu features simple dishes, well described and showcases favorites from the local region. Vegetarians are well served, and the beef is superb. Our server Gianpietro was warm, and enthusiastic and could be heard singing softly along with the music in idle moments. A wonderful atmosphere with multiple reasons to return, freshly prepared dishes, too many tempting choices.

Place in the center with typical cuisine, very welcoming and well organised. We were served by Gianpiero, very friendly and helpful. Served well and quickly. Excellent and typical dishes of the area, recommended if you want to taste the local cuisine.
P.S.: clean and well-kept bathroom.

My husband and I ate here for dinner about 5 days ago. It was recommended by our friends that were in Florence back in June. It was definitely the nicest meal we’ve had in Italy for our honeymoon. Isabella was our server and she was so kind and even complimented my husband on his wine pairing, which was very validating because we have been trying to learn as much as possible during our travels! The food was amazing and topped off with complimentary limoncello. It was the perfect way to finish out our time in Florence!

Best restaurant I went to between Rome and Florence. We were attended to by Juan Pedro, who received us and served us very well, with warmth, class and refinement. All of this added to an unforgettable detail: he ordered only MPB to be played. In short, the service was amazing from start to finish!

Locale storico che si trova a pochi passi dalla
Stazione di santa Maria novella. Molto bello e curato, personale qualificato e gentile. Ampio menu alla carta e due menù degustazione, prezzi nella media. Buonissimo l’olio di produzione propria accompagnato con il pane che viene servito a tavola. Abbiamo preso 2 primi tipici toscani davvero eccezionali, consigliamo anche lo sformato di carciofi. Se venite a Firenze deve essere una tappa obbligatoria ve lo consiglio.
