Wonderful experience! Nice atmosphere. Cindy had the Paccheri alla Carbonara ed Asparagi, and I had the Tagliolini freschi al tartufo nero (excellent). We shared the Florentine steak for one person, which we barely finished. Excellent!

Excellent place, very distinct, very good menu, excellent wines available. The attention and availability of the people who accompany us during the meal. I recommend!

Accoglienza da ristorante di valore servizio professionale ed attento. Un ambiente classico che trasuda la storia di questo locale. Un ottimo menu di specialità Toscane e buone opzioni anche per vegetariani. Prezzi adeguati alla qualità generale, solo la carta dei vini ( peraltro di ottimo livello) ha prezzi più alti della media. Comunque, Sabatini rappresenta una sicurezza.

30/12/2024: This was an amazing gastronomic journey that left us with only positive impressions and emotions. We highly recommend visiting Florence during the Christmas season and definitely dining at this restaurant for a Christmas dinner. It’s cozy, delicious, warm, and delightful! My boyfriend and I chose this place completely by chance and decided to make a reservation. When we arrived, instead of a classic menu, we were offered a special Christmas menu with several courses to choose from, including fish and meat options. We decided to try both, and we didn’t regret it for a second. The flavor combinations were something we had never experienced before! Imagine shrimp tartare on a bed of the creamiest ricotta, marinated rabbit thigh with mashed potatoes, or sea bass fillet with soaked cherries and green sauce. It was absolutely unforgettable! I could go on describing all the dishes we enjoyed that evening, but it’s better to visit and experience it for yourself. What makes this place truly special, though, are the people. Tommy is an incredibly kind and friendly person; we thoroughly enjoyed talking to him and being his guests that evening. Personally, I couldn’t resist the opportunity to thank the chefs for their outstanding work and shake their hands. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts and will definitely be back again❤️ couple from the Netherlands 🫶🏼

10/01/2025: Americans: when the hours state that a restaurant closes at 4pm, it means the doors are closing around 3-3:30pm, 4pm is when the owner expects to leave the shop, also, if you are outside wanting to come in, even though the doors are open, they will say that they are closed. Assume hours are approximations. Good luck! Not a bad review because this is the culture, I'm the visitor.
04/01/2025: Location right in the neighborhood. I gave it a 3⭐️⭐️⭐️because it's really beautiful like this. You don't go there with heels and an Hermès tie! There are very few seats inside and even fewer, only 8, in the cabin on the street outside, which fortunately has two electric elements that heat up quickly even on January 2nd! Top staff!! A chef who spares no effort, works non-stop but manages to keep the public entertained with jokes, smiles and advice; ditto assistant chef and “dining room manager”! Two wonderful people. Always strictly the same food, few things but good products of strictly local manufacture from the ingredients to the recipes. Stuff you only find here. To return! I had a coke but the The table next to us had ingenious ideas in taking a small bottle of Lambrusco - I know - but with this food being essential but at the same time rich and tasty and spicy on request... for a quick lunch a glass of Lambrusco suits us well!
