30/06/2025: Amazing experience, better than other starred restaurants. The tasting menu, we took the seasonal one, was perfectly paired with quality wines, especially the dessert one. The artistic presentation of the dishes is wonderfully linked to their complex and unique tastes even if the menu does not neglect the simplicity and quality of the tastes of Genoa. The staff is young but prepared and has great attention to detail, despite the elegant atmosphere they managed to make us feel at ease and also teach us something. The breathtaking location is perfect for those who love palaces and frescoes. Don't give up on coffee at the end of the meal! It is different from the classic espresso, but above all it is accompanied by a "box" of small pastries of excellent quality.
