A genuine restaurant, where I ate one of the best fregula with clams of my life, truly impeccable and perfectly balanced. Don't forget to make the slipper, the bread is excellent. If you're wondering, yes, the shoe MUST be done! Worthy of note is the kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff.

To say excellent food for this restaurant is an understatement. In my opinion, the open kitchen is always synonymous with quality and professionalism. In this holiday week for us it is the place par excellence. Sardinian fish and meat dishes, prepared with skill and good taste, tasty pizzas with truly fresh zero kilometer ingredients, and you can feel it!!! Excellent hospitality and an infinite THANK YOU to all the staff, you really made us feel part of your land! Highly recommended...

Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff and excellent food. We enjoyed the homemade ravioli, the bread (pai arridau) served with oil (homemade) and salt, and finally the coffee made with the mocha. We will definitely come back to visit you

Very 70s place, but to welcome you there is a very kind gentleman who makes you feel at home! Open kitchen… Very good food!!!! Good value for money!

Cuisine familiale typiquement sarde, spécialités de viande, de pâtes et se pizzas. Accueil comme à la maison, de bons conseils pour choisir ses plats et des portions généreuses. Le vin de la maison est à 8 € les 75cl et passe tout seul, les viandes grillées sont très variées (bœuf, âne, chèvre, cheval) et la liqueur de myrthe ponctue un bon repas tout en fraîcheur. Adresse à recommander !

Un ristorante con personale accogliente educato premuroso. Il menù comprende prodotti di terra e di mare Noi abbiamo scelto la terra e ne abbiamo apprezzato il gusto e la semplicità cosi come il pane condito con l'olio e le olive a inizio portate. Lo consigliamo vivamente a tutti coloro che soggiornano da queste parti.

19/08/2024: Excellent pizzas cooked in a wood oven Good pizza, but certainly saying "good or excellent pizza" is a much broader question of personal taste: fortunately in San Gavino there are many pizzerias (wood-fired and electric oven) and therefore everyone can find good pizza like here, but above all can find the ideal pizza, certainly all different in terms of cooking, filling, coarse or fine dough, wide or narrow edge, normal dough or with semolina... as they generally say: "de gustibus non est disputandum"

29/07/2024: The restaurant is inside the hotel, the owner Marcello introduces himself, very friendly and attentive to the needs of his guests. He guides us to discover his cuisine, giving us valuable suggestions for trying new and unusual things. Everything is very good and cared for, its zero km style gives you the possibility of breaking away from the mold and the usual famous dishes/wines to discover a new, dynamic and local cuisine. Don't miss out on its truly unforgettable seadas! And a must try on Pirastru! Well done Marcello, we'll see you again at the end of August and continue like this!
13/07/2024: Last night we ended our first stay in Sardinia in this restaurant just as we opened it. The discovery was made by chance but it was a real stroke of magic. In fact we decided to return before the end of the holiday and so we did. Last night too we were welcomed by the kind and smiling lady who is always available with great discretion. The dishes of the day and those on the menu were rightly presented to us by the owner with great pride: like the previous time, the high quality raw materials and the finished dish did not contradict his words; every time what he says shines through in what he says is a great love and dedication for his territory and his work which are achieved in the search for the best materials to offer to customers. Raw materials that are transformed in the kitchen into true masterpieces. Praise for the kitchen too!
