Fantastic location, breathtaking views of the Santa Maria Navarrese marina. The table setting is well-designed and appropriate for the type of restaurant. It's a shame about the constant and annoying presence of bees, but that's not the restaurant's fault; in fact, they've used natural remedies to try to limit their presence (a gesture much appreciated). For appetizers, we had BBQ octopus with potato and turmeric cream and cuttlefish fillet with pea cream. Both dishes were spectacular, perhaps this raised our expectations, which were then dashed by the first courses. Pink sea bream tortello with truffle. The truffle flavor was nonexistent. I doubt the tortello was made with fresh pasta, and the filling was absolutely tasteless. Served with a broth that contained only the oil floating on the surface. The most expensive dish on the menu (€24), I was deeply disappointed by it—a shame, because I had very high expectations. Gnocchi with clams and bottarga was a complete failure, perhaps a bad night for a first course. The gnocchi were cooked beyond the allotted time and were completely tasteless. I don't know how that's possible, given that bottarga is supposed to dominate a dish like this. They were served very watery and so disjointed from the rest that my companion didn't finish her plate. A real shame. Apart from the ice cream for dessert, it's unthinkable to have only one option for people who can't eat nuts. The sorbet and cheesecake, however, were very good!

What a wonderful view, service, kindness! I was delighted with everything even though we came during siesta and only the bar was open. We had a glass of excellent wine and they brought us wonderful bruschetta! We will come again for dinner!

The location may be nice during the day, but in the evening, dinner is a bit shabby and unwelcoming. There were two of us, the room was half-empty with a wide selection of tables. They confined us to a table in the corner, placed next to each other with a runner that left one seat uncovered. Only after we pointed this out did they move us. If you choose a runner, people must sit facing each other. The dishes were good, but there was an unforgivable lapse in style at dessert: the sadas were reheated and tasteless because the cheese inside was cold. Add to that, at 9 pm they were in a rush to close and started cleaning up, leaving us dining with the smell of bleach. The price was exorbitant for the quality of the food. You won with Borghese, but keep your standards high, otherwise you'll fall from grace in a flash.

The staff is friendly, the food is good, but the prices are a bit high for the quality. The portions are a bit small.

Fantastica location , buonissima la pizza ma già lo sapevo perché conoscevo il pizzaiolo un mito , o meglio , il mito di santa sughe a gavoi Franco Podda…. Quindi atmosfera meravigliosa, panorama mozzafiato, pizza strepitosa , cortesia e professionalità del personale sempre con il sorriso .

Location impareggiabile. Servizio e qualità adeguati al prezzo. Alcuni dei piatti proposti sono una garanzia come il gambero con la burrata. Ottimo! Super consigliato
