Coming to this small, simple place with about ten tables, a kind of farmhouse tavern with excellent cleanliness and a beautiful view that you can admire while you eat.
Ate an appetizer of very particular cold cuts, excellent various cured meats and hams accompanied by a potato bruschetta, I must say I had never eaten it, very good, tasty and particular, then had a first tagliolini with grated black truffle, plenty of it, very good, drank a good local wine despite having an important national wine cellar.
Then I had one of the special local biscuits accompanied by a red dessert wine.
I will return to this beautiful, simple but very familiar restaurant where you can eat excellent dishes from very good cuisine in peace.
Honest price in this nice environment for people who are not demanding but have excellent cuisine with traditional local dishes.

Spectacular restaurant, you eat really, really well. All the combinations of the dishes are haute cuisine, refined but with a strong flavour. Nice location and friendly service. Best experience I've had in a restaurant this year.

Sono stato in questo ristorante per la seconda volta e, ancora una volta, è stata un’esperienza eccezionale. La qualità delle materie prime è straordinaria, e ogni piatto rivela lo studio e la creatività dello chef, lontano dalle solite proposte. Un mix perfetto di gusto e originalità, accompagnato da un servizio impeccabile. Non vedo l’ora di tornarci!

Truly recommended if you want to eat and savor traditional Umbrian dishes revisited with a touch of originality and innovation.
Excellent quality of raw materials and excellent selection of wines.

I chose this restaurant for my daughter's baptism and I am increasingly satisfied with it! Apart from the quiet place with a beautiful view, very very good food, attention to detail, very professional and kind staff, discreet but making you feel considered. The owner who looked after us, Yuri, was immediately very helpful, easy-going, and provided us with various options for everything, always giving us the opportunity to choose. There was nothing that wasn't perfect!

Every time I'm passing through for work I always try to stop here to eat, a restaurant that makes black truffles its secret weapon. The menu is constantly evolving, if you return more than once after months you will never find the same dishes, with the exception of some of their traditional dishes such as the "potato tower" (highly recommended, see photo).
The place is very intimate and quiet despite having many seats, the staff is very well trained. A guarantee 💪🏼

Attirati dalle tante recensioni positive abbiamo deciso di cenare in questo ristorante. Il tavolo riservatoci non era dei più fortunati (in un punto di passaggio, illuminati da una luce accecante), ma indipendentemente da questo inconveniente i piatti presentati non hanno soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Antipasto degustazione rustico, buono ma nulla da riprovare. La delusione cocente è arrivata con i primi, gli gnocchi di ricotta di pecora quasi completamente crudi. Buoni invece i tagliolini al sugo d’oca.
