Hemos salido encantados de la experiencia. Es un retaurante situado en un hotel de lujo. Decoración clásica, ambiente muy íntimo. La atencion extraordinaria de Fausto y de Puetro - simpatiquísimo- nos ha hecho semtir muy cómodos. Hemos pedido un entremés paralos dos, un primero y un segundo y postre para compartir, todo extraordinario. El restaurante ademas nos ha pasado un pequeño picoteo de entrada y un detalle tras el postre. No ha habido nada que no fuera de diez.

Eccentric location at the right point and really good food! I particularly enjoyed the amuse-bouche and the linguine with sea urchin sauce, but all the other courses were also really good. Only the desserts, although they were beautiful to look at, I didn't particularly appreciate them because I found them a bit cloying, but it's a matter of taste.

A wonderful experience... We had a very good dinner, excellent dishes... Mr. Fausto, Manager of the restaurant, was very kind.
I highly recommend both for the food and the setting, located within the Chateau Monfort hotel.

El Rubacuori es el restaurante gastronómico del hotel Chateau Monfort. Para un huésped del hotel que solo quiere cenar dentro, es quizás un poco demasiado de lo bueno. La comida como se esperaba bastante buena y los maridajes de vinos excelente también.

High-end restaurant inside the Chateau Monfort hotel. Even though I'm not a fan of the style, the hotel feels very much like a castle and the intimate restaurant is perfect for a romantic dinner. Dishes and service are of a starred restaurant. Very reasonable prices for this level.

Last night we had dinner at the Rubacuori Restaurant and it was a wonderful experience. First of all, the location is very particular and refined with a sparkling chandelier at the entrance and a white grand piano. We were immediately welcomed in a very formal, polite and kind way. The rooms are very secluded and intimate. The dishes are very good and the flavor combinations unexpected! In addition to the dishes presented on the menu, two appetizers and small pastas are served at the end of the evening. The staff is impeccable in their service, which makes the experience even more pleasant. A note of merit goes to Juan, our waiter, who followed us and explained the dishes with care and dedication. Adequate price. We will be back!
