Everything normal. Good service and tasty food.

The meat inside the T-bone steak is red, but it takes time to chew because it is hard. It is really inedible for people with bad teeth. The pasta is quite delicious, but it was a restaurant booked by a travel agency, so I was quite disappointed.

I booked a lunch for two via the fork app, which gave us a 50% discount. Thanks to this we ordered several courses that we usually wouldn't have ordered due to the slightly high prices. The food was absolutely delicious. The super tasty cured meats and also the cheeses, the first (gnudi) were a wonderful discovery and the meat was also delicious. We were served by a very kind waitress, who answered all our curiosities and was very attentive to every need. Highly recommended, although without the 50% I don't know if I would have chosen it

The waiter actually put the noodles directly on top of the vinegar used to soak the bread.

The Rubaconte Restaurant, located in the heart of Florence in Via Ghibellina 178/R, is known for its traditional Tuscan cuisine and welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant has four large connecting rooms, ideal for dinners with friends, family reunions, large groups or business meetings.  The menu offers a wide range of typical dishes, among which the homemade pastas and high-quality meats stand out. What can I say, for me it is the restaurant that makes the best Florentine steak, at least of those I have gone to. Accompanied by excellent wine and good service, you are always satisfied.  Extremely friendly staff, wide choice on the menu and a welcoming environment. Quick and attentive service. Perfect cooking of meat. Very pleasant discovery.  The environment at Rubaconte is "very nice and welcoming".  In conclusion, the Rubaconte Restaurant represents an excellent choice for those who want to enjoy Tuscan cuisine in a pleasant environment and with attentive service.

Este es un restaurante fantástico que recomiendo encarecidamente. Fue una oportunidad única para experimentar el verdadero orgullo florentino. El servicio fue genial y lleno de información que enriqueció aún más la experiencia. Este es un lugar que cuida de cada ingrediente que utilizan. Los Pici eran un verdadero ejemplo de la cocina toscana y la salsa, mientras que rica estaba muy bien equilibrada. Sus Cantucci no son comparables con el resto ya que se prueban en casa con ingredientes y un método de cocción todos a su gusto. Es una buena razón para visitar Florencia.
