I had dinner, together with my girlfriend, at Rubaconte on Christmas evening, a welcoming and elegant environment. the wait staff very courteous. kind and professional. We ate the pumpkin flan with pecorino fondue and amaretti, the Fassona tartare with burrata and truffle, as a first course we chose the gnudi in cheese and truffle fondue and the pici with white duck sauce with pistachios. All the dishes were excellently prepared, very good and tasty, an excellent reinterpretation of classic dishes in a more modern key, without losing the classic tastes of Tuscan cuisine. Congratulations to the whole team. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend it. Show less

I really liked the vegetable soup. They bring the meat on a plate, and those who do not like undercooked meat can wait for it to be cooked according to their taste. The potatoes that come with the meat are also very successful. Olive oil from the Tuscan region was also a new product at the time we went and was delicious.

I would especially recommend us for eating chops, especially considering the weight calculation. The meat served on a hot stone leaves a magnificent mark on the palate. Be sure to ask for crispy potatoes on the side.

Mangiato benissimo, antipasti abbondanti e deliziosi. I pici al ragù d'anatra erano ottimi! Bel menù di vini anche a buoni prezzi. Personale cordiale e attento. Consigliato.

23/11/2024: Excellent food for celiacs. Normal pizza top!!! Friendly and empathetic owner. Availability for any dietary needs.
20/11/2024: A place worth trying, the pizza is very good, you can feel the quality when you eat it. But not only pizza they also make restaurant and sandwiches. The prices are absolutely normal, perhaps slightly lower. Overall, I had a good time.
