We went to Rovello and chose to eat at the counter, a pleasant experience and a little different from the usual.
We ordered meat tartare and a slice of beef with a side of agretti: everything well executed, tasty and quality.
We concluded with a tasting of dark chocolates accompanied by a glass of Barolo Chinato - an original and very successful combination, perfect for a great end.
The place is very nice, in a convenient and central location, in the Porta Genova area of Milan.
The only flaw: there were a lot of people and the service was a little slow, but overall a good experience, with well-prepared dishes and a pleasant atmosphere.

Incredible location with London or Parisian vibes.
I recommend dining at the counter because the kitchen is open and you can watch the dishes being prepared.
High quality raw materials, everything we tasted was delicious.

I’ve lived in Milano for the last 4 years and this was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. Firstly the place is beautiful, you sit around a gorgeous New York style counter watching the chefs cook. The food are takes on the classics but done to a whole new level. Courgette flowers that melt in your mouth, rich ragus, fresh pea salads, a whole other level baked cheesecake, creamy like no other. Amazing wine list and a really welcoming and kind service. We had a young woman looking after us who was just fantastic from start to finish (we were last to leave). It’s not the cheapest but it’s worth every penny. I’ll be back.

An elegant and welcoming atmosphere, with very attentive and professional service. We sat at the bar and thoroughly recommended it. We tried two delicious dishes, and we were eager to continue exploring the rest of the menu, which had very tempting offerings. Without a doubt, this is a place we'd love to return to on our next visit to Milan.

I visited the restaurant in May last year.
Even after a year, I still miss the delicious flavors from that time.
Especially the Cacio e Pepe, the fresh octopus, tiramisu and zabaglione 😘

Of course, the view there was absolutely stunning as well.😍
There may be many great restaurants in Milan waiting for me to discover, but I still want to go back and visit this one again.

It was recommended to me by friends and this place did not disappoint.
Kind service, nice environment with soft lights, the only flaw is the too close proximity between the tables caused by the small size of the place.
The three of us had: courgette flowers, Milanese risotto, packets with aubergines and ricotta, veal with tuna sauce, beef tartare and to conclude a Cinzia cake.
Price in line with Milanese restaurants.
Super recommended.
Being a photographer I focus a lot on light and framing so I also attach some shots.
I would like to collaborate with them for a photo shoot.

Bonito lugar, acogedor. Interesante la opción de comer en el mostrador.
Personal muy amable.
Buena comida. Platos no demasiado elaborados, pero de buena calidad. Quizás la presentación mejore.

Ristorante provato diverse volte nella precedente location e anche in quella nuova di via Ariberto, bellissima con lungo bancone "table's chef". Provato diversi piatti, cotechino con purèe, puntarelle, plin, valdostana, cozze, tortellini in brodo. Tutto perfettamente eseguito. Prezzi assolutamente in linea con la qualità e personale giovane in sale e cucina, preparato e sorridente. Poco non è.
