I immediately loved Røst because it offers a cooking idea very similar to what I would like to do if I were capable of it 😅 Seasonality, small producers, sharing and conviviality. I've only been there once (so far) but it certainly won't be the only time. Only one flaw, tables a little too close together.

We came to have lunch with my girlfriend. She got served first and I got served 12min later when she had already finished her meal witch is a shame because we came to eat together and not after one another… The food was fine but not worth the price we paid to be honest. And we paid 7€ for tap water … not acceptable as far I am concerned.

We had the most fantastic experience at Rost! We decided to drop by last minute and were thrilled that they could squeeze us in at the bar. Sitting there gave us such a cozy, homey vibe, and we even got to chat with the friendly staff. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the attention to detail in every corner of the bistro. The interior was charming and inviting, setting the stage for a perfect evening. But let's talk about the food – oh my goodness! It was like Spanish cuisine with an Italian twist, and every bite was a flavor explosion. The creativity in each dish was impressive yet comforting at the same time. And can we talk about the hospitality? The staff made us feel like family from the get-go, and we left feeling like we had made new friends. Honestly, Rost, you guys deserve a spot in the Michelin guide more than any other place we've visited in Milan over the past 10 days. We can't wait to come back for another unforgettable meal!

Concept molto interessante e divertente: ordini tutte le “tapas” che preferisci e ti arrivano in ordine casuale. Non ci sono le regole formali di un servizio classico e l’ambiente é rilassato e informale. Preparazioni ben eseguite, note di merito alla lattuga e ai dolci. In due 113€ senza vino, ma ordinando praticamente tutto il menù. Torneremo presto
