Cozy atmosphere and very friendly staff. Both the pizzas and the burgers are excellent and at very honest prices. Impossible to leave unsatisfied.

We eat very well. From pizza to first courses, from appetizers to burgers!!!! Excellent beer, artisanal and always new types. Very nice and very pleasant environment. The owners are very good and very professional. Highly recommended

Every dish is unique, ranging from typical dishes to sandwiches with homemade bread and delicious burgers with ingredients that make them unique throughout the valley. The pizza was also very good. For those who like beer, the staff, in addition to being super friendly, is also very knowledgeable on the topic. Highly recommended.

I went there once with my partner and we were more than satisfied. Good service, super pizza and normal price. We will return every time we pass through Poppi.

Fantastic craft beer, I drank equally good beer at Tyniec Abbey near Krakow. Plus a wonderful pork shank with fries for €10. The meat falls off the bone and melts in your mouth. In Krakow, you have to pay much more for such pork knuckle. I highly recommend this place. The guests are served by 2 nice men. Impeccable.

Location calda e accogliente, pkzze e birre buone. Provate l'hamburger che è buonissimo. Un plauso al cameriere che ci ha servito giovanni. Molto bravo e professionale. Darei 6 stelle solo per lui.

Posto accogliente con birre ricercate molto buone , abbiamo cenato io e mio figlio, io ho preso un calzone rustico con salsiccia piccante, mio figlio un hamburger con patatine e 3 birre alla spina (blonde) siamo stati molto bene il locale è pulito Di tutto abbiamo speso 30€ ( a mio avviso molto onesto)

26/01/2025: I had lunch on a trip up north. Very convenient due to its location close to the motorway, it is less than a kilometer from the exit. The pappardelle perhaps a little dry, but the meat, I think it's been years since I ate such tasty meat. Slightly high costs, but not too much. First courses around 15 euros and meat at 20 euros and up. Lovely place, punctual service and very friendly staff. The only thing is to pay attention to the times. Things are fresh so if you arrive after 1pm you risk not finding products, but what's left is still delicious.
23/01/2025: We stopped for lunch, during a business trip, 2km from the Monte San Savino exit on the A1, excellent food, fair prices, very quick service and cuisine. Recommended for anyone who is in these parts.

L'Ospitale Dei Brilli

13/04/2025: We booked very late and luckily there was a table left. Full restaurant table for 2 with waterfall view.... Appetizer.."Casentino slices" selection of local cold cuts.... Excellent First "stiesi" ravioli with fresh truffle and "toini" with the same sauce, excellent. Coffee and correct bill. I will definitely go back. Congratulations.... The only flaw, if we can call it that, was a slight slowness in service but justified by the notable presence of customers, which was however normal.
13/04/2025: I did not stay at this property, but I had dinner at the restaurant. Located in the center of Stia, with a veranda overlooking the river; simple but welcoming environment, traditional local dishes, well made and plentiful. Friendly staff and fast service. Fair price: for two first courses, two second courses, a side dish (fried artichokes!), two desserts, a bottle of local organic wine, a small glass of vin santo, water and two coffees we spent less than €100.
