Rosso Margherita In Gaeta

In my personal opinion, one of the best pizzerias in Gaeta, if not the best. I've been to this pizzeria several times, 4-5 times, and they make really good pizza. Pizzeria located in the central square where the Municipality of Gaeta (LT) is located. The place is characteristic: the interior has a rustic look with brick walls and arches. The environment is welcoming and at the table you can breathe an atmosphere of intimacy. The menu is very extensive: it goes from fried food to cold cuts and cheese platters, from red and white pizzas to sandwiches, some first courses and even fried fish. As for drinks, you can choose from many soft drinks and above all various draft and bottled beers. The pizza is delicious, with a light and very digestible dough. It reflects the characteristic Neapolitan pizza cooked in a wood oven, with a high crust and high quality ingredients. The desserts are exceptional, the tiramisu is prepared by hand while the cheesecake is a Lavezzi semifreddo. As cute in appearance as they are delicious in taste. The staff is kind and friendly, very attentive to the needs of the customers makes you feel at ease.
