As a Neapolitan I can say that it is an excellent pizza, the atmosphere is rustic and welcoming, the staff is very kind, when we pass through Gaeta it will become a regular stop

Excellent pizzeria and very friendly staff. I highly recommend it for those with lactose intolerances, as it's the only pizzeria in Gaeta with a lactose-free mozzarella option on the menu.

In my personal opinion, one of the best pizzerias in Gaeta, if not the best. I've been to this pizzeria several times, 4-5 times, and they make really good pizza. I've been to this pizzeria 4-5 times because it's delicious. On Friday, July 18th, I went to eat at this pizzeria. I had a Margherita, a frittatina, and a buffalo mozzarella in carrozza. 07/08/2025: I went to this pizzeria al taglio on August 5th. It wasn't crowded, yet I waited an hour and a half for four pans of pizza and some fried food. Unacceptable. One of the girls was completely confused: I asked for two arancini to eat in, and she brought me two croquettes. The other, from whom I had ordered five arancini to take out, called me and said, "They came out squashed, do you still want them?" Just suggesting something like that is absurd. Furthermore, the scales are hidden behind the counter, so they're not visible to the customer. Unclear and not very transparent. The pizzas, fortunately, were delicious. But the service from the two girls needs a complete overhaul. Before putting them behind the counter, they need training.

17/06/2025: I often go to this place with my wife, a lover of sweets. Excellent coffee and delicious sweets, prepared directly in their laboratory, located in the back of the place. The owner is very nice and ready for a joke. The staff is very polite, Enea stands out for his friendliness. Well done and congratulations.
