I've been to this restaurant several times, trying both the tasting menu and the à la carte options. The quality of the wines and Gramegna's professionalism are undeniable. The food quality was high during the restaurant's first years of operation, but has declined in the last two years. The service (young and unprepared) and the current quality of the dishes are not in line with the prices. Amex cards are not accepted. The owner is rude (six of us dined with three courses each and wine; one person came for dessert due to a delayed train. When she went to the cashier to make the gesture of paying for dessert separately, she was attacked and severely reprimanded by the owner for violating the restaurant rules, "as specified at the entrance").

Every time I return, I'm amazed by the freshness and unpretentious simplicity of the ingredients. The atmosphere is both simple and refined. Let the chef and owner suggest pairings: he'll create a fantastic alchemy. One of a kind!
