They welcome customers with courtesy, the food is excellent, and the wine is equally good. The prices are slightly higher than those of the island's competitors, but the quantity justifies this.

Rosso di Sera Restaurant, despite being just steps from the square, is an intimate, comfortable, and unique place, thanks in part to its terrace overlooking one of the most beautiful corners of the island. Francesco and his staff are attentive and caring. But what struck me most was the cuisine, refined dishes that preserve Ustica's traditions. Innovation and tradition go hand in hand. The pasta alla Nassa is superb. There are no photos because I filled my eyes, heart, and stomach...🥰

A comfortable setting, a terrace in the center yet far from the noise, where you can dine in a pleasant breeze and savor expertly prepared dishes. Excellent quality and balanced flavors in every course made the evening a wonderful dining experience. Cuttlefish ink and sea urchins for one first course, grouper for another, swordfish for meatballs, and roasted mantis shrimp with Ustica sauces as a sharing dish. Excellent olive oil, excellent wine. The courtesy and professionalism of the staff were a remarkable feature, and the kindness of the owner-chef and his son are the restaurant's flagship. I confess I was hesitant because I hadn't heard great reviews, but I'm happy to have discovered this restaurant, which I highly recommend. As always, it's best to try it yourself.
