I thank Francesco and his two chefs for creating two seemingly simple dishes that are decidedly classy, ​​thanks in part to the excellent quality of the ingredients. I'm happy to pay for quality, which is lacking in many restaurants... spending a little more is fine if the result is what we experienced. A place where the food is excellent, and the chef-manager knows his stuff. The man who managed our table was professional and attentive. It's definitely a must-visit on Ustica, a stunning island, for a memorable lunch or dinner.

Rosso di Sera Restaurant, despite being just steps from the square, is an intimate, comfortable, and unique place, thanks in part to its terrace overlooking one of the most beautiful corners of the island. Francesco and his staff are attentive and caring. But what struck me most was the cuisine, refined dishes that preserve Ustica's traditions. Innovation and tradition go hand in hand. The pasta alla Nassa is superb. There are no photos because I filled my eyes, heart, and stomach...🥰

12/10/2025: Excellent lunch at this place, which doubles as a butcher/delicatessen and a restaurant. The location is small but well-maintained, the staff are friendly and attentive, the food is delicious and plentiful, the ingredients are top-quality, and the prices are reasonable, except for the slightly excessive markup on craft beers.
04/10/2025: I haven't been to this fantastic place in a few years. I'm delighted to note that the quality remains sublime; I've never had grilled chicken this good! Highly recommended!

12/10/2025: The service was kind and friendly and above all sincere in explaining the dishes and the food was much better.
09/10/2025: Came in today with a friend of mine, the store was still closed yet we were seated. The waitress was very kind, polite, and had good manners. The fact that this restaurant is family owned makes it so underrated. Anyone that visits Palermo should try this restaurant. I ordered the “ravioli di cernia alla mediterranea” which was delicious. Highly recommended.
