I thank Francesco and his two chefs for creating two seemingly simple dishes that are decidedly classy, ​​thanks in part to the excellent quality of the ingredients. I'm happy to pay for quality, which is lacking in many restaurants... spending a little more is fine if the result is what we experienced. A place where the food is excellent, and the chef-manager knows his stuff. The man who managed our table was professional and attentive. It's definitely a must-visit on Ustica, a stunning island, for a memorable lunch or dinner.

Rosso di Sera Restaurant, despite being just steps from the square, is an intimate, comfortable, and unique place, thanks in part to its terrace overlooking one of the most beautiful corners of the island. Francesco and his staff are attentive and caring. But what struck me most was the cuisine, refined dishes that preserve Ustica's traditions. Innovation and tradition go hand in hand. The pasta alla Nassa is superb. There are no photos because I filled my eyes, heart, and stomach...🥰

Il paradiso è qui ! Splendida terrazza vista mare ..personale giovane e competente, ragazzi deliziosi e preparati, soprattutto il figlio del titolare, pesce di ottima qualità e cucinato con sapienza. Fa star bene il palato, gli occhi ed il cuore ♥️

10/11/2025: We started our days with a glass of specialty filter coffee in this small but very atmospheric cafe. The coffee was perfect, as well as the desserts. In just 4 days, this place became our favorite spot in Palermo! Totally recommend it and thanks to the friendly team 🤩

Located in the historic heart of San Giuseppe, the restaurant has a rustic yet meticulously crafted atmosphere, where every detail contributes to a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Despite the difficulty of finding parking in the surrounding streets, once inside, you're greeted by smiling, friendly, and very professional staff. I particularly appreciated their organization: they communicate directly with the chef via a Wi-Fi system with earphones, making the service quick and precise. The fish dishes, from appetizers to first courses, were excellent, with fresh ingredients, generous portions, and a perfect balance of flavors. The dessert was also a pleasant surprise, tasty and beautifully presented. Overall, a high-quality experience that will make you want to return to try the pizzas, which looked truly inviting. The menu prices are reasonable, and it's also part of The Fork. Ultimately, this place is highly recommended for those seeking authentic cuisine and attentive service.
