The place is nice but quickly gets crowded I order a delicious pancake once again🩷 And the coffee is delicious And fresh orange juice The restaurant manager is very nice The waitress doubled our order and we asked for it to be returned But the restaurant manager insisted that it be a gift

Have been visiting Italy with my girlfriend and we were both missing a taste of home, and this absolutely cured it. The owner was so nice and the food was incredible. We’re from Tennessee and can confirm that this food holds up to our American expectations.

Simpatico locale stile americano nel pieno del centro storico di Firenze, a pochi passi dal Palazzo Vecchio. Simpatica l'idea del Brunch: idee giovanili e moderne con accostamenti molto particolari di dolce/salato. Menù abbastanza ampio, è possibile anche ordinare hamburger o bevande calde. Personale sorridente e giovane, servizio veloce. I prezzi medio/alti, ma si è in pieno centro a Firenze: comunque consigliato!

My wife and I came to Florence on our honeymoon and visited here. I don't know if it was the hall staff or the manager, but they responded so kindly and provided great service, so it was my first time experiencing such an amazing experience abroad! The employee’s Korean name is “Geonwoo”!! His nationality is American, but I heard he was born in Italy, and he loves Korea so much, especially singer Jay Park. It's the first time I've been treated so kindly for being a real Korean, so I highly recommend this place!!! Be sure to come, definitely come, the taste and service are the best❣️😆

Delicious, friendly and hard-working owner 🩵🙏🏻 After arriving in Florence and having a disappointing experience with Hotel A, my husband found the best restaurant. It was the best experience during my two-week trip to Europe. Honestly, when traveling in Europe, I was exhausted and wanted to go home after experiencing many things in other places, but thanks to the owner who likes Korea, I was able to eat comfortably and fill my stomach. He said it meant a lot to Koreans that the restaurant is famous, thanked me so much, kept checking to see if I needed anything, and even gave me juice that he had grated himself. I almost cried... ! I was so grateful that I didn't even get any change. Do you know how much it is? (Anyway, Koreans who are tired from traveling should definitely go!) The service at this restaurant is exceptional, and the taste is absolutely worth the wait. After a disappointing breakfast at a hotel near the station, we decided to come here—and it was the best decision! We only waited about 10 minutes, and the food was so delicious that we couldn’t stop eating. It even reminded me of the egg benedict I love back in my second home, Seattle. We left with empty plates and full hearts. The owner’s kindness and attentiveness were outstanding—he constantly checked in on guests, ensuring everyone’s needs were met. During my couple of weeks in Italy, I’ve had a mix of good and bad experiences, but this meal at The Rooster stands out as the best. You’re not just a great owner, but a wonderful person who left us with a positive image of Italy. Even after the disappointment from the A** hotel in Florence, this restaurant became a highlight of our trip, thanks to the owner’s thoughtful care. When I came to Florence, I wasn't very happy about the accommodation. The breakfast at the hotel on New Year's Day wasn't that great, but when I came here, everything eased my mind. The owner loves Korea and is basically kind. The kindness doesn't stop there, the food is really delicious. It was one of my favorite meals during a long trip. I think it will be a better memory than anything else in Florence.
