Rooster Cafe offers a great American-style breakfast in Florence. We visited last year and made sure to come back again this year. I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel, which was excellent, and my wife had the chicken and waffles, which were cooked perfectly. The food, service, and consistency were just as good as we remembered. If you’re looking for a break from traditional Italian breakfast options, this is a great spot. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip to Florence.

Great service and a delicious meal! Our server was friendly and attentive, and the Salmon Avocado Bagel was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend! 🥯

The breakfast was very substantial for a fair price, but the highlight was the excellent customer service. The waiting line was long, and while we waited they offered watermelon juice until tables were available!

The service was excellent, courteous, and impeccable—a true example of hospitality. The cuisine is exceptional. We had the pleasure of trying several dishes, all of the highest quality. Among the many delights, we enjoyed: The roast beef, tender and cooked to perfection. A delicious, divine beef tartare. The fried gnocchi, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, served with delicious accompaniments, including truffle. The pappa al pomodoro, authentic and full of flavor. A selection of top-quality cured meats and cheeses, excellent! A juicy, uniquely flavorful hamburger! Thank you for making our holiday in Florence special ♥️
