Romanazzi's Apulia Restaurant In Giovinazzo

We were thinking of a simpler seafood restaurant, but we didn't like these revisited dishes. The welcome was excellent.

I went there with my girlfriend, a truly unique experience, quality throughout. I'd never tried gourmet cuisine before, so give it a try. The menu we chose included Appetizer, first course, Main course, and dessert. And it was a journey of flavors. The kindness, the welcome, the view, the quality of the products. Keep it up, a truly special raw seafood! Not to mention the mushroom for dessert. Congratulations Chapeau

I'd been to this place before, giving it a positive review. I returned a couple of years later and found the food quality to be degraded, the service inattentive, and the food taking forever to eat. It's a shame because the location is nice.

The location, cuisine, and service are all fantastic! The wine list is also impressive. Excellent dining options are offered in Giovinazzo's charming little harbor. Excellent ingredients are prepared with a modern, confident style. The service is professional and friendly. Prices are tailored to the quality.

Superlative lunch! The appetizers won us over: soft-tempura mussels with pecorino cheese and potatoes, skate roll, and scallops "Bismarck-style"… a surprising and refined start. We continued with two truly delicious first courses: tagliolini with lemon, basil, and raw red shrimp, and tagliolini Nerano in grotta, an explosion of perfectly balanced flavors. Attention to detail, a warm welcome, and the most friendly staff. An experience that goes above and beyond: definitely worth trying and recommending!

A romantic spot just a few meters from the Giovinazzo marina, where the table settings are elegant and meticulously crafted. Cutlery is changed after each course, and special cutlery is provided for the chef's welcome amuse bouche. The dishes are also meticulously crafted and come with their own tableware. The table service is welcoming and attentive to the customer's needs. The food is quite fast, but above all, the plating is consistently of a medium-high standard. We visited on a Saturday for lunch, and despite the restaurant having several seats (definitely at least 80% capacity), we were served quickly. I was particularly impressed with the cooked appetizers, first courses, and desserts. Among the first courses, the pappardelle cacio e pepe (excellent) and the spaghetti bruciati (burnt spaghetti), the appetizer was pizza polpo (octopus pizza), and the desserts were sottobosco (woodland bread) and sfogliamisú (puff pastry), but the cioccoliamoci (chocolate pudding) also deserves a special mention. The prices are certainly above average, but we're talking about the quality of the ingredients and the work of the chef and the entire kitchen, which are equally above average. I recommend it.

Siamo stati da Romanazzi’s a Giovinazzo e l’esperienza è stata eccellente sotto ogni aspetto. La location è unica: tavoli affacciati sul mare, con vista sul porto e sul Torrione Aragonese. Un’atmosfera rilassata e suggestiva, perfetta per una cena tranquilla e curata. Il servizio è attento, puntuale, ma mai invadente. Il personale ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio, con discrezione e professionalità. La cucina è il vero punto forte. Abbiamo provato anche lo spaghettone bruciato, con quella crosticina croccante che dà carattere al piatto senza coprire i sapori. Ogni piatto è curato nei dettagli, con ingredienti freschi e abbinamenti originali, ma sempre equilibrati. La cucina è creativa, senza mai perdere di vista la sostanza. Carta dei vini ampia e ben studiata, con etichette adatte a valorizzare ogni portata. Un posto dove la qualità è alta e si vede. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
