My partner and I stopped here by chance in January 2026, drawn in by the name and the clearly displayed menu on the street. The atmosphere is that of a refined and welcoming trattoria; the food is truly excellent, with a clear focus on the quality of the ingredients. Traditional dishes are revisited with balance, without being distorted. We ate very well, and the wine selection is also interesting. The owner was extremely kind and entertained us with great cordiality; at noon, it was just us and a couple from abroad, but shortly thereafter, the place began to fill up. We spent a truly enjoyable hour and a half, enjoying excellent dishes. The meat, very tender and of excellent quality, certainly deserves special mention. We highly recommend it to anyone looking to step away from the usual tourist spots and enjoy high-quality, authentic cuisine.

We went to this place because my husband had already met one of the owners, whose hair he'd cut, and we decided to try it. We were greeted very warmly and immediately noticed how well-kept and pleasant the place is. We ate really well; the dishes were tasty and beautifully presented. I'm celiac, and while it's not a gluten-free restaurant, I found several gluten-free options. The cuisine is unique, but I really appreciated the attention and willingness to accommodate my needs, which is very important to me. We also had dessert, which was delicious... unfortunately, I didn't have time to photograph it because it was sold out quickly 😄 I highly recommend this place for the quality of the food, the customer service, and the welcoming atmosphere. Beautiful place!!! I passed by Porta Portese on Sunday with my partner and wandered in by chance. We immediately had a great time. The place was very clean and welcoming. The food was delicious, especially the bergamot-flavored Culatello. Excellent wine selection. We'll definitely be back.

The best restaurant I’ve been to while in Rome. The multiple dishes we got were all amazing. And the wine was just as good. Really recommend it !

A very pleasant surprise! I received a very warm welcome at this restaurant. That's why I even went back a second time during my stay.
