Without praise and without infamy.
The carpaccio is good, the braised meat is good, the frying is good, the very disappointing calamari are really hard. Normal for a restaurant of the same caliber.
The hot chocolate cake is excellent.
Excellent and courteous service, very nice dark wood cabin style environment.
Value for money in the norm.

Place in the center of Bolzano, slightly out of the way but very close to the central square and the markets, in fact its non-centrality is appreciated as it is less chaotic.
It is advisable to book as the place, despite being large, is very well known and therefore popular.
Food: I didn't, I ate a mushroom risotto (marked as a specialty of the period) which was not good enough not so much for the mushrooms but for the cooking of the rice. The pizzas are good though. Good and present service.
Quite long waiting times due to the high number of customers and the (pre-Christmas) period.
Price slightly lower than my expectations given the location (beautiful and suggestive) and the centrality..

I didn't find much Tyrolean on the menu and I stuck with dumplings. Perhaps the only typical dish (good). Courteous staff. I didn't appreciate the fact that no grated cheese was brought since everyone had taken some flat bread and breadsticks. One piece only for those who had soup.
However, the restaurant is not to be discarded.

The place is nice and the food is good, however, I think it was expensive for the price. They have a wide variety of menu and dishes. They all look excellent. We ordered pasta, since we wanted to try it. The amount was normal, but it was expensive for what it was. You have to try this restaurant, knowing what you are ordering.

I celebrated my 65th birthday, what can I say, the food was excellent, the place was welcoming, the waitress was helpful and very kind. Normal prices, perfect environment for special occasions. I recommend it

Posto accogliente, cibo nella media, personale veloce e cortese. Il locale ha anche una stanza interrata che non è molto accogliente mentre il piano superiore è arredato con cura ed è piacevole. Unica segnalazione: hanno consegnato al nostro tavolo ed anche agli altri le salse come maionese e ketchup scadute da due mesi....ecco magari qui hanno peccato di attenzione!

A quick lunch for two, well furnished environment, friendly staff and fast service.
We ate Tyrolean, cheese platter, porcini ravioli (good), goulash and dumplings (very good).
Price absolutely normal.

Locale in centro, ben arredato, ambiente pulito, personale cortese, menù molto ampio, tirolese, pesce, pizza… servizio veloce anche se il locale era quasi pieno.
Noi abbiamo pranzato con piatti tipici tirolesi, buoni e abbondanti. Prezzi assolutamente nella norma.

The food is nothing special, the dishes are limited, you practically leave hungry and the bathrooms are scandalous. The venue would also be nice and the employees are friendly and helpful.
