Rocking Horse filled out need with an available seat and good food. The Siciliana Pizza was OK, a few more anchovies and the olives looked old. The caprese was light on the sauce. Now the grilled vegetables were very good. We sate outside and the people watching on Corso Como was fun.

I recently visited Rocking Horse in Milan and can truly recommend it. The food was authentic, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The atmosphere felt warm and inviting, and the staff were attentive throughout. A wonderful spot to enjoy traditional cuisine in Milan

The restaurant has good vibes, is super spacious as there is a place to sit inside and outside. The staff are welcoming. I visited with three big luggage bags and they helped me take my bags and found me a place that I can sit down with them. The food looked amazing but it didn’t really fit my taste or my preference. They give you big portions. It’s close to the train station. People keep mentioning this is a touristy area but Milan itself is pretty much a touristy city so I’m not sure why people are complaining.

I always eat pizza there. It's always delicious and well-cooked. The pizza chef is named Memo and he's from Egypt. He's kind, always smiling, and clean in his work. I've been seeing him at this place for over 10 years 👍

Ristorante-Pizzeria in Corso Como a due passi da Piazza Gae Aulenti. Arredamento classico ma curato nelle ampie sale disposte sui due livelli. Possibilità di servizio anche all'esterno. Personale efficiente e gentile, pronto a soddisfare anche esigenze fuori menú. Cibi ottimi e abbondanti. Prezzi bassi.

06/10/2025: Now, after 50 years, this wonderful address is unfortunately taking a break. As long-time guests, we sincerely hope that this wonderful story will continue at a new location in the region. Enjoy some time off now; you've worked so hard and so well! Update 4/10/25: We spent three days in Milan, but it wasn't the same without visiting you. We sincerely hope for your comeback!

Après-coup

15/07/2025: Hidden gem! We were entertained with live swing music from 2 guys with a bass guitar and a violin and a woman with the voice of an angel. This place is different. When someone takes on a project with passion it turns out like this. Thank you, David. We felt like home and were glad to sit on your 120 year old sofa. We had an awesome time. Good luck in the future and hope to see you again.
30/06/2025: the kindness of Mr. Davide and his staff is unmatched. the food is delicious and the prices are balanced to the quality. the bistro is wonderful in every detail and we also attended a concert by Cosimo an the hot coals beautiful. highly recommended place
