We come to Roadhouse at least once a week: the warm and smiling welcome from Luna and Gabriele, the family atmosphere, the succulent and delicious burgers, create a unique experience.

Not far from the Pistoia toll booth, it's not among the best I've tried from this restaurant chain. The food quality—even for the price—is more than decent, but the ambiance and service are less satisfying, a bit too subdued.

14/02/2026: A Pistoia institution that has continually evolved over time. Excellent ingredients and delicious combinations. Burgers, fried foods, and even lampredotto. All served with sauces and vegetables. The staff is incredibly friendly.
