Nice and welcoming place
I was disappointed with the tagliatelle with rugù, I didn't really like it.
The ragù was almost white, they were not stretched and therefore appeared disconnected from the pasta.
For the rest everything is good: crescentine with a platter of cured meats, balanzoni in parmesan cream, ravioli stuffed with fish, Bolognese cutlet (a little duritta) and finally amaretto sorbet (a gem)

I repeat, shame about the tagliatelle

a place that fully reflects traditional dishes in a great way in a non-touristy place frequented by locals. Everything was excellent, the crescentine were delicious, the tortellini with parmesan cream were superb and finally a place that had trifle as dessert. We were all very happy, service always on point right from the welcome. Well done!!

Lost in the Bolognese countryside, it takes you back to times gone by. Dated but well-kept environment, given that it is an old farmhouse, however renovated. Service in line with expectations and friendly. Excellent products and treated as expected.

Excellent raw materials and food. Knowledgeable and friendly management and staff. I had dinner four consecutive evenings with excellent dishes. The only flaw, given that these were business dinners, was that the last evening was too crowded and noisy.
