06/07/2025: Six of us had lunch today. It had been a long time since I had been around here and today we wanted to take advantage of it because it is a true Bolognese trattoria of good memories. The same excellent dishes that I remembered, no surrender to unlikely novelties. We started with the cold cuts trolley, rigorously knife-cut before our eyes, prosciutto a great delicacy and zia that is difficult to find. To accompany their giardiniera. Memorable the green lasagna and the historic gramigna with sausage. Then on with the boiled meat trolley (tongue, head, leg, beef, cotechino etc.) and the roasts with their sauces and baked vegetables.
To finish with the dessert trolley. We found the zuppa inglese, the panna cotta, the rice cake particularly good, because we couldn't taste everything.
In short, here it is like going to eat at grandma's house for Christmas, ancient genuine flavors and, you can tell, prepared with pleasure. A final word on the staff, attentive, kind and professional.
