I went to this restaurant on the recommendation of friends, welcoming environment and friendly staff. They offer typical Apulian cuisine which is not easy to find in the Bergamo area. The highlight was the homemade desserts. I will definitely return.

In Bergamo in the city centre, just beyond the Donizetti Theatre, a corner of Puglia. Informal environment, recalls the name "Ristoro", simple but functional, without too many frills, perhaps a little noisy if full, but also with an outdoor garden. Service ok, menu with traditional dishes mainly based on fish but also with vegetarian/vegan choices. Well-stocked Apulian winery. I'll be back!

Pranzo con un mio amico in questo ristorante a Bergamo. Ambiente ordinato tipico in pieno centro. Servizio veloce e puntuale. Cibo che richiama la cucina tipica pugliese. Abbiamo preso delle alici marinate, delle tagliatelle di seppia marinate e rido patate e cozze, tutto buono, il riso non mi ha entusiasmato perché troppo cotto e mancava di spinta perché era piuttosto anonimo e manca di amalgama nei sapori. Comunque positivo. Da ritornare volentieri magari sperando di trovare più attenzione. Conto giusto

Nel cuore di Bergamo si trova un ristorante specializzato in buonezze della cucina pugliese. Accuditi dal Signor Mauro abbiamo potuto gustare delle orecchiette che non stento a definire "da urlo", seguite da piatti diversi, tutti squisiti. Cucina eccellente, servizio puntuale. Torneremo.

05/07/2025: I have been to this restaurant and I must say it was a pleasant experience! The food is good, with genuine flavors. The capacity is good, so there are no problems in seating. The staff is attentive and friendly, always ready to answer any questions. The possibility of parking in the immediate vicinity is a great advantage, especially if you have little time for lunch. Don't be afraid if the parking lots are all blue, both for the lunch time slot and then in the evening for dinner they are free of payment!!!! The price is in the average of the area, so it is an excellent quality-price ratio. Whether you go with friends or alone, this restaurant is a good choice. I definitely recommend it to everyone! Compliments to the staff for the good service!!!
25/05/2025: The dishes were good and tasty, however we sat down at 1pm and at 2.30pm we had only eaten the appetizer.

08/06/2025: Unique experience. Carefully prepared dishes with refined flavours, excellent presentation and excellent service. From the very beginning they welcomed us with professionalism and courtesy. Welcoming and well-kept place, elegant and pleasant atmosphere. After a welcome amuse bouche and an excellent smoked oil accompanied by homemade bread and breadsticks, we chose a tasting menu that included an appetizer, first course, second course, dessert and coffee. Beef tartare accompanied by a cappuccino of caciocavallo, asparagus and licorice powder, very delicate aubergine and scamorza risotto, sirloin with asparagus, mango cheesecake and creme fraiche. The final coffee accompanied by excellent biscuits. The waitress in the room was very knowledgeable and very pleasant.
18/05/2025: EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT!!!! We already knew it and we always ate well but...now it's really a gem, dishes prepared really well both the plating and the taste. Keep it up. Being young they really deserve a lot.
