Had a wonderful lunch today the swordfish aubergine pasta was delicious. Wonderful off the beaten track location behind the cathedral. The pasta alla Norma Perfectly cooked. Spaghetti with mussels also highly recommended overall great service, great location, delicious food, nice wine, and reasonably priced

Outside the tourist area but just a five-minute walk from the cathedral or the Teatro Massimo.
I recommend it.
Quality food on a wonderful terrace.
We ordered calamari, octopus, and pasta.
All very good and reasonably priced.

We discovered this place by chance near the cathedral. We read the menu, but then, on the owner's recommendation, we chose the spaghetti alla Spano: perfectly cooked with the addition of raw Mazara shrimp. Followed by a mixed grill with sea bream, red mullet, and (real) squid. We waited for the grilled meat because it's all freshly made, and you can taste it! The house dessert is a pasta dish similar to frappa frita (a kind of doughnut dough for Tuscans), but shaped like a ravioli, filled with ricotta and dusted with sugar. I forgot, the red mullet was fried in the grilled meat.
Highly recommended.

The atmosphere is relaxed, ideal for sitting down and enjoying a well-prepared meal. I liked that everything seemed fresh and carefully prepared, unpretentious yet tasteful. The prices are reasonable, in line with the quality of the place, and the service was top-notch. A place that exudes warmth and where you can eat well without fuss. Without a doubt, a place I would return to without hesitation.

Die Wirtin Anna reißt alles heraus - sie ist engagiert und freundlich zugewandt, was man von ihrem männlich Part nicht sagen kann. Vielleicht mag er keine ausländischen Gäste. Die Art, wie er uns bediente, war absolut unfreundlich.
Die Küche bevorzugt Meeresfrüchte und das Menü ist sehr reichlich und preiswert.
Im Garten sitz man angenehm und hat einen schönen Blick auf historische Gebäude.
