Five stars because you can't get more! Having happened by chance after a visit to Palestrina, we came to Zi Rico... what can I say... ENTERTAINMENT! Sara is very kind, Enrico is passionate about his work (and you can feel it), everyone is nice! And now the food...WHAT I TELL YOU TO DO! One of the places where we ate best (and we visited). I have been going to Zi Rico for years and it is always a confirmation. The cuisine, masterfully led by Enrico, adapts to the seasons with proposals ranging from fish, meat and truffles, all made with great attention Among the dishes that I love is the Catalan one, truly unique in its kind, so much so that it has become a point of reference for me, I only eat it at his place. The quality of the raw materials is evident in every course, as is the selection of wines, carefully curated and of the highest level, perfect to accompany each dish, a selection that could easily compete with Michelin restaurants. For those looking for an intimate and private place, Enrico offers a unique experience in his Boudoir Privé upon request. Here he personally prepares the dishes in front of the guests, offering a real show cooking that enchants both the palate and the sight. Scrivere una recensione su Zi Rico sarebbe fin troppo facile, lasciare voti alti su tutto sarebbe scontato. Non si può però non parlare dell’amore che mettono Enrico e il suo staff nella cura dei cibi e dei clienti. Un ambiente cordiale ed elegante, una passione per la cucina che emerge da ogni piatto e da come viene proposto. Zi Rico sceglie ogni ingrediente tra i migliori e lo prepara con la sua grande esperienza per regalare l’emozione di piatti che parlano di stagioni, di territorio, di passione per il cibo di qualità. Per non parlare della bellissima cantina dove riposano vini eccellenti. Un’esperienza, una garanzia, una coccola per intenditori. Questo è Zi Rico.

Sono rimasto veramente sorpreso da questo locale. A parte il posto veramente carino, ma i piatti sono eccezionali. L ' uovo come antipasto è una cosa da sogno. Mia moglie ha preso i tagliolini al tartufo. Almeno 40 g di tartufo a scaglie sopra. Una favola. In genere diffido della cucina molto ricercata. Ma qui la ricerca è veramente nella qualità. Ho sfatato i miei "miti" negativi. Le ragazze che servivano estremamente gentili. Ritorneremo presto, magari anche con amici. Complimenti a tutti.
