Last week I was in Padua for work and, while looking for a restaurant to have dinner with colleagues, I stumbled upon Ristorante Zafferano. What a stroke of luck! For seafood lovers, it's a must-try: excellent quality ingredients and incredibly fresh fish. The raw seafood is pure poetry. Absolutely excellent value. Friendly, attentive, and always available service. I can't wait to go back!

What a discovery!! We chose it by chance, not being local, and it was a wonderful discovery. The food was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The price was fair for the quality of the food served. Highly recommended.

A wonderful experience at this place. I ate incredibly fresh, expertly prepared fish. I recommend the raw seafood and the well-prepared fruit, which is light and accompanied by vegetables! Unmissable.

The dishes are always very well prepared and the food is fresh. The fried food is excellent, well done, and the cacio pepe and scampi starters are delicious. What can I say? Everything is excellent. I have been a customer for several years.

Mi sono dovuto recare in Tribunale a Padova (parte lesa!!! 😂) e il mio avvocato (noto gourmet) mi aveva subito invitato a trovare un buon ristorante per pranzo. Dopo una paio di telefonate a fornitori padovani decido per questo ristorante. Chiamarlo pranzo di lavoro è riduttivo antipasti caldi e pesce alla griglia. Pesce freschissimo preparazione e presentazione eccellente. Purtroppo per motivi di “patente@ sono una bottiglia in tre!! Ottima esperienza

16/10/2025: Intrigued by the name, I went to eat at this trattoria with two friends and it was a pleasant surprise. The cured meats and cheeses were excellent, the bigoli al tastasale was superb with generous sauce, and the obligatory mopping up of the bread was a must. Good prices. We had a pleasant chat with the owners, Silvia and Ivana. Recommended.

20/10/2025: It's not the first time I've been there, although the only thing that convinced me on Saturday night were the oysters and the appetizers. If you're looking for something special, the appetizers and oysters won't disappoint, but I don't recommend the rest.
19/10/2025: Excellent dinner with friends! Fresh and special fish! Special dessert! Wonderful staff and spectacular atmosphere! Recommended for everyone! Take plenty of time to book! Generous portions! Worth the wait!
