Business trip, we looked online and chose this place for the very positive reviews. It was a weekday lunch, the place was empty. In addition to us, 2 other tables.
Food that combines refined flavors with tradition. Attention to detail, both in the dish and in the dishes. Very quiet place, soft atmosphere in the center of Massafra. Kind and professional waiters. We were in a bit of a hurry so we couldn't enjoy our lunch break for long.
Fewer dishes to choose from, better.

Tutto molto interessante e squisito. Si capisce del perché è il numero uno in zona.
Piatti direi molto Gourmet e raffinati. Intreccio tra sapori e colonna sonora sottofondo accentua il gusto e i sapori.

I was in this restaurant today for a business lunch, Marco welcomed us, very nice and extremely professional. We had an appetizer of top quality mixed cured meats, and then the bombettes of their production, a truly delicious dish. To finish, there was a very wide choice of desserts, I had the tiramisu and I must say it was excellent. What can I say, we absolutely must go back. Excellent price quality. Compliments

In the center of Massafra, a really nice, welcoming and well-kept place, suggested to us by a bartender... we went for lunch, the waiter or I guess manager was very attentive and professional, putting us at ease. We were offered fresh local bread to taste with extra virgin olive oil from an Apulian farm. A menu that goes from sea to land, we took a mixed platter of cured meats and cheeses, not only local, really good, then a slice of beef of excellent quality and cooked as we requested. Wide choice of wines, we paid the right price.
