A place I found by chance, seemingly lost in the woods around Acqui Terme. A pleasant surprise. Very welcoming and with a typically Piedmontese menu. The truffle takes pride of place. Personally, I can't resist their bollito misto: magnificent! The sauce is always excellent. The menu is truly varied. Traveling between Piedmont and Liguria, it's always a favorite lunch spot. #1 on my list of culinary destinations.

10/05/2026: I tried the dish with roasted chicken, flavored basmati rice, fresh vegetables, and potatoes, along with sesame bread, complimentary sauces, and a drink! Truly delicious and filling! Two of us ate! The staff were friendly and professional! There's also an air-conditioned dining room for on-site dining and a coffee and hot drink station!
09/01/2026: Excellent and accurate service and kind and friendly workers. I recommend everyone who passes through Alessandria who lives here to come.

30/12/2025: The peace is very well placed in the middle of nowhere. It makes it less crowded and could be a preferred point to refill your stomach and your tank. The food is decent, the coffee is excellent. Stop by :)
16/12/2025: There is hot water in the bathroom, lights are on everywhere, but the bathroom wasn't particularly clean.
