We were there on July 29th. We filled up with gas, and the service at the gas station was very nice and friendly. The coffee and the bakery were also good, but the person at the checkout was unfriendly. Ordering was complicated: I wanted to buy a coffee, waited my turn, and then had to pay at the register first. After that, I had to queue again to get my coffee with the receipt. This was a waste of time. But the coffee and the cappuccino were really very good.

The facility is average, with the classic problem of high prices typical of service stations. The 3-star rating is primarily due to the service: I waited a long time before I could simply pay for a Red Bull. The staff was present (four people working), but everyone was busy with other tasks and no one attended to my request. The product was okay, but more careful management of the queues and waiting customers would have certainly improved the experience.

ANTICA OSTERIA DA BIGAT

11/08/2026: A Piedmontese trattoria in Aqui Terme, a bygone era: spartan, authentic, and unfussy. The service is straightforward and homey, just as you'd expect from a traditional osteria. No modern decor or plating, but rather clean and orderly dishes, without cluttering the ingredients. The tajarin with ragù is excellent, flavorful and prepared just right. The traditional appetizers also deserve a shout-out, featuring delicious stuffed onions and a compact and well-balanced herb tart. A hearty cuisine that's a real pleasure to eat, for those seeking the authentic flavors of tradition. We'll definitely return to try the Tris 'd Bigat (stockfish, tripe, and tongue with bagnet). It's spot on! It's our third visit. We had a great time.
