Nice hotel.... too bad it should be done mainly during the summer period, more accurate maintenance. Not very friendly staff, breakfast if you arrive 5 minutes later they don't let you in!!!

Beautiful and functional, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent regional cuisine. Good location to visit the region.

We spent this weekend in this beautiful location.. surrounded by greenery.. but at the same time in an excellent position to visit the neighboring towns.. an oasis of peace and relaxation.. truly a beautiful experience.. truly impeccable catering service, as well as the variety of dishes and the choice of wines.. highly recommended for those who want to spend a few days of holiday.. well done!!!

Wonderful place and everything gorgeous

With my family we stayed from 28 to 01/2025. We give 5 stars on everything. Starting from the welcome and professionalism received from the staff, the rooms were extremely comfortable, beds with new and comfortable mattresses, spotless, modern and quiet. The genuine refined food is cooked really well. The dinner was well organized with music and excellent dishes. The presentation of the room is impeccable with a huge and warm fireplace always lit. We had a lovely New Year's Eve!!! The first party's lunch was obviously equally beyond our expectations. The buffet breakfast always allowed us to choose between sweet and savory in abundance. Fresh pastries from the pastry shop every morning!!!!! The climate was cold but even upon returning from the various daily excursions, we had an entertainment room available for all guests with board games, TV etc and if I must say... it would have been nice to find the fireplace lit there too, since it was there (but this is my thing!) Another thing: place strategically positioned to reach Spoleto in a short time and not only that. What can I say: thanks to the owners and all the staff for making us feel good and leaving us with the memory of a very pleasant stay. ♥️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
