Great location. A stone's throw from splendid Orvieto. Friendly staff. Very good first reception. Nice swimming pool. The restaurant is good. Spacious room. Beautiful view and surrounded by greenery. Silent. With a lot of privacy. Good breakfast, perhaps there is a need for more savory offerings for foreign customers and perhaps some artisanal products. A welcome bottle of water for guests in the room would be useful. We had dinner at the restaurant. Fixed or à la carte menu. Good choice and very well cooked. Friendly waiter. A splendid cat kept us company. There is also a little dog who greets you upon arrival. Always nice to stay in places where we find animals. And where they are respected. Otherwise, why choose a farmhouse? Nature typical products and animals. This is why we flee the city

Relaxing and welcoming place, the only flaw, this evening during dinner the presence of the cat annoyed several guests and moreover it climbed onto my table, fortunately I am allergic and with dinner almost over my rating is zero because it is not very elegant seeing a cat walking and triggering under tables

Located a few km from Spoleto, it is the ideal place from which to start to visit the evocative beauties of Umbria. The place offers comfortable rooms, a wonderful swimming pool surrounded by greenery and an ideal restaurant for tasting local specialities. Highly recommended

Panoramic position among the centuries-old olive trees, tranquility can accompany your stay at Villa Rosà.

Lovely spot on a hill. The rooms are in 3 buildings against the hill. Good air conditioning and a refrigerator that you have to share with 3 other rooms. The pool was great! Breakfast was Italian style, lots of sweet things. But fine!

Structure well positioned from a landscape point of view. The slip road that connects it to the Somma road is not very practical. The indoor part of the restaurant is not managed in the best way from a thermal point of view since in summer, when temperatures are high, a situation of discomfort is created.

Good location, I will probably return, the restaurant is good and the service excellent. In the morning, I had problems with the table, occupied by other guests, the representative was unable to give us a sincere explanation, however the problem was resolved quickly, mistakes happen to those who work. I recommend going there
