It was a weekly stop place for us when we were living in Motta. A nice family run place with great pizza and always a smile on their face.

If you're staying in Motta and want amazing food at a great price with a welcoming staff and a great atmosphere, I can't recommend it highly enough. One of the highlights I always look forward to enjoying every visit. Buonissimi!!

26/02/2025: They have the best cotoletta palermitana (26FEB25) that I have tasted since I have lived in Sicily. That might change in the future, but to date, that is my opinion. The breading they use has so much flavor. It is like every bite is a new bite. Absolutely delicious. I have to give the 5 stars because I have now been "WOW'd" not once, but both times I have eaten here. The service is okay. They get you what you want, and in a reasonable time. I just feel like the interaction is lacking. Considering. My Italian is not good, I understand. The atmosphere here is nice. I enjoy people watching, and this is a good location to do it. They either have music playing or the establishment across the street does. I enjoy it. If you are with company and want to talk, then this atmosphere may not be for you. Considering this is my personal review about my experience, I like it, so no problems here. I didn't use the bathroom, so I can't comment on the cleanliness of the wash closets.

05/02/2025: Last week, a friend and I had breakfast at the outdoor tables overlooking the entrance to this historic pastry bar, taking advantage of the beautiful sunny day. Excellent cappuccino, excellent croissant. Inside there were sweets filled with pumpkin and covered with almond flakes, which I took home on a tray. Really good. I've never tried the diner, so I can't comment. The manager, with whom we chatted about the origin of the place, at the time of paying, offered us some razor clams: I accepted the one filled with chocolate cream, with a light aftertaste of liqueur: it was delicious. The place is furnished with elegant 1950s wooden furniture, which is one of the characteristics of the place, which other places in Acireale have unfortunately lost, in favor of new and banal furnishings. Fast and accurate service, friendly staff, good quality/price ratio.
