After visiting the center of Castelvetro and Levizzano Castle 🏰 in the morning, we arrived (snooping online 🧑🏻‍💻) at Ustaria Tre Valli for something to eat around 1:00 PM 🕐. Once inside, we were greeted very warmly by a kind lady 👩🏻 who showed us to our table. After ordering drinks (water 💧 was already included in the cover charge 🍴), we were brought a pleasant appetizer, free of charge, of fried gnocco 🥯 and cured meats 🥓. The first courses 🍝 were very good, as well as plentiful (tortelli neri ⚫ and rice 🍚 4 formaggi 🧀 with balsamic vinegar, in our case). Worthy of note is the great variety, especially of first courses, on the menu 📋. Truly excellent value for money 👌 for this great place, which I definitely recommend 👍. Finally, it's also conveniently located 🧭 for continuing your journey 🚘 to discover the Modena province, perhaps heading to Vignola. We were at Ustaria last saturday for lunch, the food was really good and fairly priced.. but I need to say that the staff was exceptional, the most kind hearted lady who served us wish I knew her name. We even selected our own table in the hall inside just for the 3 of us. Complimenti Ustaria!!!

An incredibly positive experience!! We tried the blue menu: a complete menu for €32 per person that included two first courses (walnut tortelloni and trofie all'amatriciana), three second courses (gnocco fritto, "tingoli" sausage stew, and sliced ​​steak), dessert, coffee, and wine. All the dishes were delicious, but special mention goes to the sausage stew, which was truly amazing. Kudos also to all the staff: the waiters were extremely kind and friendly. The restaurant is surrounded by greenery, and the area is also very pretty. Highly recommended, a well-deserved 5 stars, we'll definitely be back!

Ecco come dovrebbe essere una trattoria! Non manca nulla, servizio, cordialità, gusto, presentazione, luogo. Non pretendo di essere stato in un ristorante stella Michelin (non ci tengo), ma secondo il mio parere posti come questo sono sempre più rari, spero di sbagliarmi.

Personale gentile e simpatico. Ambiente accogliente. Servizio rapido. Cibo decisamente ottimo. Tutto molto buono. Prezzi onesti. Di meglio difficile trovare. Torneremo sucuramente
