* super convenient, within walking distance from train station and places of interest and restaurant. * Super friend staff - * We arrived at the hotel at 11am and was allowed to have an early check in without additional charges. Never experience this before. * They have a Michellin star restaurant next to the lobby that deserves a separate review. * Spacious lobby area for waiting for friends.

The location is great, very close to many places, and the area around the hotel is nice. The rooms and service are good, but the air conditioning is hot and sometimes cuts out and then works again. The elevator is very cramped.

Thank you so much for your hospitality. People working in this hotel are amazing. Rare to find in Milan especially in the heart of touristic area. Great value for money. Dirty Airbnb we moved from here nearby costed 50 euros cheaper for 4 days. We also got an upgrade to junior suit and excellent recommendations for food and entertainment from reception always.

Lady Pizza

24/03/2026: Egyptian pizzeria. They do takeout pizza; you can eat there because they have a small counter with two chairs. It seems to be family-run, and local residents speak highly of it. The lady running the place is very friendly and pleasant. Other reviews say the dough is easy to digest, and I completely agree. However, it tastes a bit biscuity, and I personally don't like it. The sauce and mozzarella are fine. I had a Margherita for €6 in March 2026. All in all, nothing to complain about. The problem remains sanitation. The lady who handles payment also cuts the pizzas, so there's contamination. Finally, the place itself is a bit run-down.
