Thank you so much for your hospitality. People working in this hotel are amazing. Rare to find in Milan especially in the heart of touristic area. Great value for money. Dirty Airbnb we moved from here nearby costed 50 euros cheaper for 4 days. We also got an upgrade to junior suit and excellent recommendations for food and entertainment from reception always.

Good hotel, elegant staff but, there is a big BUT. Because they charged us heavily but gave the room has almost no windows, very small, no light. You can stay this hotel but make sure that the room not being in the floor 5.

It has a covered parking lot, the rooms are a bit small. The breakfast is very good. The location is central, within walking distance of everything.

I stayed at the UNAHOTELS Cusani for one night, and the location was the real plus: just steps from the Castle, the metro, and the Brera district. The room was impeccably clean, and there was a welcome note. Special praise goes to the reception and breakfast staff, who were always smiling and ready to help. The breakfast was varied and high-quality. I will definitely return, as I always do when I'm in Milan.

Great place: Positive: - The window can be opened properly, - The room was clean when I arrived at dawn, - The bed was perfect, - The window is well insulated, you couldn't hear the tram running, - The breakfast was plentiful and I found everything I needed. Negative: - It should be renovated a bit, it looks like the place is used, - If I put the air conditioning on heating, I expect it to also blow heat, - The bathroom could have accommodated a normal shower head. I was here for 2 full days, it was good value for money.

Professionalism and courtesy in all areas of the hotel (reception, breakfast, etc.). Excellent location. Comfortable and clean room.

The hotel is very well located, opposite the Castello Sforzesco and one metro exit away. The building and rooms are somewhat old and deserve some modernization. The restaurant is very good, both for dinner and breakfast.
