Buon ristorante tipico umbro, si mangia bene, anche opzione senza glutine. Ottimi formaggi e taglieri, e buonissima la polenta. Ottime le pietanze al tartufo , consiglio uovo e primi piatti al tartufo, ho provato tagliatelle al tartufo, buonissime. Molto buono il risotto con funghi porcini, castagne e rhum, piatto unico. Buona carta vini. Personale cordiale, molto disponibile. Locale tipico al centro storico di Todi. Ha varie sale. Lo consiglio.

This restaurant has an amazing view from the terrace over the Umbrian countryside. However, this is not the only reason to visit. The food is incredible. Some of the best and most interesting I’ve had in Italy. Local ingredients are put to great use, with a fantastic grill selection. I recommend the braised deer with porcini, and the wild boar chops.

Tables too close together and therefore too crowded, with a few less tables would make the meal more accommodating. Prices that are too high "tourist grabber" despite the quality being high.

Fantastic place with a wonderful terrace, excellent service, appetizer appreciated veal carpaccio, first course fettuccine with unforgettable black truffle, second courses grilled lamb and wild boar ribs with side dishes of spinach, potatoes and Roman-style artichokes. All served at the right time with perfect cooking. Excellent value for money.

Trattoria del Festival

13/10/2024: L'ambiente di questo locale è piacevole, il servizio rapido e la cameriera molto gentile. Mio marito ed io abbiamo cenato con due ottimi primi piatti, una buona costata (cotta come richiesto) e un piatto abbondante di funghi, più un eccellente vino della casa. Abbiamo pagato una cifra ragionevole e se capita torneremo volentieri.
26/06/2024: Tried maybe 10 restaurants in Spoleto so far and this was my favorite. Even the very simplest courses I ordered were thoughtfully prepared.
