Ristorante Umbria In Todi

Great pasta and meat at the old city of Todi, overlooking a fabulous view of the valley. Fresh pasta, great sauces, good service. Highly recommended.

The restaurant has been in business for over seventy years, so it has a fair amount of experience. The terrace where we ate has a charming, old-world feel, and the view is that of the Umbrian hills. It's clean (tablecloth, glasses, cutlery, etc. are fine). The restroom is small but clean, but not accessible to all physically challenged guests. The table service was satisfactory. Appetizers: cheeses (but only a semblance!) and cured meats. The quantity was a bit limited. The first course: tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms. The dish was plentiful, but I wasn't satisfied with the type of pasta. Second course: grilled trout, excellent. Drinks: water and 1/4 cup house wine. Overall, I rate it as a good restaurant. The quality/price ratio is a bit above average.

We found this restaurant by chance during a trip to Todi. The terrace overlooks the valley below. The food is truly excellent (we had pappardelle with wild boar and hare sauce and braised pork for main course). The service was attentive, friendly, and quick enough. Congratulations!

The restaurant is in a beautiful location. It has a lovely view from the restaurant. The food was delicious. The service was rushed, and the waiter wasn't friendly. It was a bit more expensive than other restaurants we visited.

One of our very favorites - the Tortelli with pistachio is a must-try and be sure to see how the cook the delicious meats on a grill in the old-fashioned fire place surrounded by historical maps and other Umbrian decor. If you reserve right when they open you are guaranteed one of the best views (they have the best view of any restaurant in Todi) and the staff are superb.

We went for lunch, had cheese/meat platter and lemon spinach - both delicious. If you would like a table with the view - probably need to book !

Amazing food and incredible view. We went there for lunch and it was one of the nicest places we visited in Italy. Food was fresh and the options were interesting and so tasty!

Bella esperienza, appena sotto le aspettative. Primi buoni, i secondi un poco meno. Anche il vino della casa non è dei migliori. Appena un po’ caro ma bellissima location. Personale gentile.

A Todi per Pasqua abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante, molto bella la terrazza panoramica, personale professionale, buoni i piatti assaggiati, prezzi un pò troppo alti.
