I booked through The Fork app for Christmas lunch, and the photos already intrigued me. It's in Piazza del Popolo, accessed through a splendid stone archway. The entrance is very characteristic, and the dining room is beautiful, with a stunning fireplace where they grill lamb. My partner and I ordered two appetizers, two first courses, a second course, dessert, and coffee. Both the waiter and waitress were very kind and professional, offering excellent recommendations. All the dishes were excellent, made with the freshest ingredients, and I had the pleasure of sampling the traditional food and wine of Todi in a warm, historic setting. I highly recommend it!

Welcoming atmosphere with just the right amount of formality, always with a smile and courtesy.
Really good risotto with chestnuts, porcini mushrooms, and rum, the lamb was perfectly cooked!

Amazing food and views. Highly recommend finding this restaurant for an amazing lunch. We had the wild boar cacciatore sauce and the Cappelli del prete with cream of artichoke and nuts.

A delightful restaurant very close to Todi's main square. The location is welcoming and intimate, and the fireplace creates a wonderful atmosphere.
An excellent menu featuring traditional Umbrian and international dishes. We opted for: artichoke confit, pappardelle with wild boar ragù, lamb cacciatore with chicory, and finished with passion fruit cheesecake. All dishes were delicious and plentiful. We also appreciated the wine selection.
We were very satisfied.
Compliments to the chef and the impeccable service.
We'll definitely return in the summer, even on the veranda.

Fantastic lunch at Ristorante Umbria in Todi ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
What a wonderful discovery in the heart of Todi! We enjoyed a leisurely lunch at Ristorante Umbria, with a beautiful view and a warm, authentic atmosphere.
The starter was immediately delicious: tender artichokes with a creamy pecorino sauce – surprising and full of flavor. Then came the ravioli with buffalo mozzarella and pistachio sauce, perfectly filled and richly flavored. The highlight for us was the Cappelli del prete with beans, cheese, and an artichoke and nut cream: a refined combination you won't soon forget.
The service was friendly and attentive, and the wines were delicious!
Ristorante Umbria offers fine Umbrian cuisine, lovingly prepared and beautifully presented.
A definite recommendation for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing lunch or dinner in Todi with authentic local flavors!

We extended our stay in Todi by half a day to eat at Ristorante Umbria, such is its reputation. We weren’t disappointed. The food is very traditional of the area, made with lovely ingredients. We had the rabbit with capers, pasta with fresh black truffle, and a glass each of chilled Grechetto. Delicious — and when combined with the view over the Umbrian countryside, it was well worth staying for.
