Nice and quaint place. You enter and you smell embers and truffles. Good polenta and ragù, as well as sausage and scamorza. The first ones are good but a good standard. Service to be reviewed. Without a reservation but a little rude at first when I asked and left the name.

Fairly good restaurant, which however does not reach heights of excellence. Traditional dishes present and well executed. Warm and comfortable environment, with the pleasant arrival of the bagpipe player halfway through dinner. Not difficult to get a table. Good wine list. Excellent alternative if you are in the area.

We found this restaurant by pure chance, we were looking on Google for a place to stop for lunch after a walk in the surrounding area. In addition to the convenience of the convenient parking right in front and the luck of having found a table on Sunday for lunch without booking, we discovered in this restaurant the perfect mix of product quality, goodness of the dishes and speed of service, despite the room being full. . Excellent value for money. Also satisfied with the menu dedicated to children, despite not having the classic cutlets or meatballs omnipresent in children's menus, the chef quickly and tasty satisfied the child with an egg omelette. It is definitely a place we will return to, also because it is rare to find quality, goodness and speed all together in the same restaurant. The restaurant also has an attached inn with rooms which however we did not have the opportunity to try. Right in front of the restaurant, a delightful municipal park with rides for those with little ones, perfect for after lunch. Compliments!

Beautiful and elegant inn in the center of Pescocostanzo, excellent tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and truffles and excellent tagliatelle with cocoa and pumpkin, good meat, service to be reviewed but good quality/price ratio

We had lunch on the first Sunday of November, a truly positive experience! First classics of the Abruzzo tradition and others revisited with balance and competence! A guitar with ragù (8 euros) and gnocchi with fresh porcini mushrooms, chestnuts and saffron stigmas (12 euros) and a cocoa tagliatelle, on pumpkin cream with sifo cheese fondue (13 euros) all excellent! For the second course, an excellent mixed roast (15 euros), a medium-cooked venison rib with berries, tender and juicy (20 euros) and a duck breast with caramelized orange and gentian reduction (20 euros)! Well made and interesting dishes! Local and non-local wine list, extensive and for all budgets from 13 euros up! The tiramisu and panna cotta desserts were very good and finally coffee and gentian! I count between 35/40 euros each and well spent! Warm, elegant, but not snobbish place! Courteous and attentive service! Absolutely recommended...

I have been to this restaurant twice, the last time during the August holidays. Without going into too much detail, the food is very good, there is a certain variety of dishes, the service is fast even with many people and the staff is very friendly. The online booking then works very well, very efficient. I only recommend not taking the off-menu ones not because they aren't good, on the contrary, but they cost quite a bit. The caciocavallo in the photo cost €20, more than the pappardelle with mushrooms and truffles or the ones with wild boar. So pay attention to those off the menu. For the rest, excellent quality of all dishes and adequate portions.
