I often come to this restaurant because the food is good: the dishes are always carefully prepared, the ingredients are excellent, and the menu offers a nice variety. The atmosphere is also pleasant and welcoming, a lovely place to spend an evening with friends. That said, I'd like to make a small, constructive observation: lately, I've noticed a decline in the hospitality and attentiveness of the wait staff. The staff, especially those who seem to manage the dining room, often seem unsmiling and lacking attention to detail. An example? When a bottle of wine is brought to the table, one expects at least a cooler with ice, which is consistently lacking. Furthermore, sometimes a slightly unusual request—like a dessert with a different topping or a slightly larger portion—is enough to receive a curt or impolite response. I fully understand that not every request can always be accommodated, but the manner in which you respond makes all the difference. The customer, in addition to enjoying good food, also contributes to supporting the restaurant financially, and a smile or a polite response should be the foundation of hospitality. My advice to the owner is to pay attention to these aspects. The food is excellent, but the overall experience also depends (and greatly) on who welcomes and serves. A good "waiter captain" makes all the difference, and right now I think someone with more vision and attention is needed. I will definitely return, because the place deserves it. But I really hope for some small improvements in the service department.

We were there last week, the place is very nice. We ate meat and I must say it was all very good. The wine list is very varied and truly impressive.

I returned after years, having forgotten about this restaurant. What a shame I missed so many opportunities to return... beautiful farmhouse, wonderful interiors, surrounded by greenery, impeccable service! Excellent!

Nice restaurant, but I can't say I ate well, I wouldn't go back

A warm welcome without a reservation. The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff is friendly. The chef was excellent and the dishes were beautifully presented. Very satisfied.

Wir hatten uns auf einen schönen Abend mit exzellentem Essen gefreut. Tisch reserviert, damit nichts schief geht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und zum vorbereiteten Tisch geführt. Die Weinkarte der Hammer……da fällt die eigene Wahl schon schwer, insbesondere wenn man zwar gerne Wein trinkt aber sich nicht als Weinkenner bezeichnen kann. Wir wurden gut beraten. Für die Essensauswahl war das nicht nötig, wir entschieden uns für Antipasti mit Spargel, einmal gebraten mit Speck und einmal mit Bozner Sauce. Beide Varianten Neuland für uns. Die Variante mit Speck war nicht gut verarbeitet, der Spargel schlecht geschält und somit nicht gut zu essen. Geschmacklich auch eher verhalten von den Aromen, lediglich der Speck gab ein Minimum an Geschmack ab. Unter der Bozner Sauce hatte ich mir auch etwas anderes vorgestellt, ich erhielt jede Menge gehacktes Ei mit etwas grünem ( vermutlich Schnittlauch) und etwas Balsamico darüber geträufelt….leider ohne irgendwelche Gewürze und daher recht trocken und fade….schade….war insgesamt wohl keine gute Idee gewesen. Als Hauptspeise war einmal das Rinderfilet mit Bratkartoffeln mit Rosmarin bestellt und Tagliatelle mit ragu von der Ente. Und da zeigte sich doch der Meister der Küche. Das Filet war qualitativ hervorragend , gut gewürzt und perfekt zubereitet und auch die Beilage war sehr gut, ebenso die Nudeln mit diesem Entenragout waren deutlich besser als unsere Antipasti….. So hat der Abend doch noch einen guten Ausklang gehabt…. Ob wir wiederkommen? Wahrscheinlich nicht, denn dazu gibt’s hier so viele gute andere Möglichkeiten, aber es war schön die Erfahrung gemacht zu haben und wir würden anderen durchaus dazu raten es mal auszuprobieren, vielleicht waren es einfach nur die falschen Vorspeisen für uns.

Locale molto suggestivo il casale è ricoperto di edera l'interno risulta un po buio ma sui tavoli vengono portate delle lampade molto luminose tipo le poldine.il cibo molto curato e cucinato in maniera sublime ,noi abbiamo preso il riso all'amarone.che dire buonissimo e ifagioli con cipolla prezzemolo e capperi con due calici di ripasso di val policella . e per chiedere in belezza meritata con cioccolato fondente .SE torneremo in questa zona sicuramente torneremo in questo ristorante
