Excellent cuisine and remarkable location. Service with friendly and helpful staff. Ate pasta with asparagus and truffle gnocchi (they melted in your mouth), venison and suckling pig, then meringue. All very good. Advised!

Excellent service...super amarone risotto, delicious Iberian pork fillet...excellent cuisine anyway...prices a little expensive but worth it 😊

Family lunch with 15 seats: impeccable service, professionalism, kindness and availability ensured by all the staff. Excellent, high quality food and wines. Very suggestive, well-kept and elegant location. Definitely a must try for all those who love to love themselves! A standing ovation to Luana, an excellent event organizer who knows how to turn your wishes into reality; thanks again!

Bellissima location immersa tra le colline e i vigneti. Belle sale con tavoli accuratamente imbanditi. Menù proposto stagionale con molti piatti a base di funghi e tartufo. Buoni i porcini fritti anche il tomino con spadellata di porcini. Poi i primi come le tagliatelle con porcini e salsiccia e i Tagliolini con finferli pioppini e guanciale. Tutti molto buoni ma i funghi me li aspettavo freschi e non surgelati...si notano e sentono subito quando sono surgelati perché sono mollicci e gelatinosi. Un vero peccato perché è un ristorante che merita l eccellenza . Molto buoni i dolci. Servizio impeccabile Prezzi contenuti ma le porzioni non sono abbondanti.

I tre camini sono una tappa fissa per me. Ogni volta scelgo gli gnocchi al tartufo: fatti in casa, morbidi e ricchi del profumo inconfondibile del tartufo. L'atmosfera è calda e accogliente, il servizio impeccabile. Un'esperienza autentica che consiglio vivamente! Se cercate un ristorante dove la tradizione incontra la qualità, questo è senza dubbio il posto giusto. Non vedo l’ora di tornarci!

31/12/2024: Trattoria il Cavallino gave us a delicious lunch during our visit to Borghetto and Valeggio sul Mincio. Emanuela's welcome was warm and professional, while the quality of the food and drinks proved to be excellent. The restaurant, with its family atmosphere and lovely outdoor area, is welcoming and pet-friendly. A place that knows how to perfectly combine local gastronomic tradition with genuine hospitality. Advised!
30/12/2024: I must say a pleasant surprise, few people perhaps because it is not very visible, a little hidden in an alley, but the food and the service deserve 5 stars because you can't give 4 and a half, but since it is more towards the 5 I give the maximum of score, the only flaw is that the sauces that accompany the boiled meat are too watery, perhaps kept too long in the fridge, the boiled meat is also very good but releases a bit of water which is not good, it needs to be drier and perhaps cut differently, I come from an area where boiled meat is a culture and so perhaps I'm a little polemical about this
