We had dinner twice during our stay at Castel San Gimignano. The food was delicious; we enjoyed the homemade first courses, which were delicious, and the second courses, which I would say were spectacular. Thanks also to all the staff, who were fantastic, attentive, and cheerful. I'm bringing a piece of Tuscany to my Piedmont.

Everything was delicious, excellent food, and the staff were very professional. We organized a lunch for about 40 people and everyone was satisfied. Their service was professional and courteous. The dishes were hot and delicious, from the starters to the main courses... the pasta was all homemade, and they recommended it. 🔝

The best food in Tuscany with service that could be improved. The wait for the main course is very long. We waited an hour. You feel like you're not really welcome as a tourist, as you're completely ignored. But the food is absolutely fantastic, delicious, and homemade.

I stopped for dinner alone during a long motorcycle trip. The staff was friendly and the service excellent. The food was exceptional. Excellent value. The atmosphere was beautiful, elegant, and welcoming.

Excellent dinner. The restaurant is located on a street that doesn't look like much from the outside, but once you enter and try the food, you realize it's one of the best places you'll ever find. Excellent quality dishes, a casual and pleasant atmosphere, and friendly and helpful staff. Parking right in front, on the internal road, is also very convenient. Overall, one of the best dining experiences I've ever had.

Fuimos allí dos veces en nuestra semana de vacaciones porque nos gustó mucho. La comida era sencilla y sabrosa, el personal era amable y acogedor. ¡Todo lo que quieres para una buena cena sin romper el banco!

25/08/2025: Outstanding Osteria. Simple food properly prepared and full of flavor. Marco’s interpretation of Cacio i Pepe is unique but superb. Let Katerina choose your wines — she knows what she is doing. I ate there twice in 6 days and was very satisfied both times.
25/08/2025: Look, this is a proper osteria. The kind where, when a friend from out of town asks me where to eat, I send him straight here. Here, they focus on substance, and what substance! The first courses are serious fare: some incredible pici cacio e pepe, creamy like you'll never find anywhere else. And as for the meat, there's little to complain about: tender and perfectly cooked. Caterina and Marco, the owners, are down-to-earth people who make you feel at home without too many frills. The place is small, welcoming, and on one of those streets that smells of history. There's always someone who nitpicks, but when Sienese themselves return and bring friends, there must be a reason. If you want to eat well, this is the place. Make a reservation, otherwise you'll be left out.
