I congratulate the entire staff, and the chef for his originality, expertise, and professionalism. The prices are reasonable for what you get, everything is fresh, and the fish is of the highest quality. Original combinations like eggs al tefamino and tuna tartare. Exceptional oysters, as are all the raw seafood. Orecchiette with turnip tops and clams, with an ancient yet innovative flavor. Well done.
