Tommasini is a place where you can eat well! I opted for the gnocchi with butter and sage, heavenly! The gnocchi were tender, soft, and melted in your mouth. The butter and sage turned this dish into a culinary masterpiece, creamy, fragrant, and full of flavor. Total comfort food! I recommend it to anyone who appreciates simplicity and flavor. For dessert, the "torta della nonna" is a must. Delicious! 💛

08/01/2026: Homemade pasta, local meats, and cured meats: everything is truly delicious and authentic. The friendliness and hospitality of the owner, Francesco, are the icing on the cake. A small restaurant that makes you feel right at home, in the heart of Trentinara. What can I say... absolutely worth a try!

18/12/2025: A colleague recommended me to this place. As soon as I walked in, I noticed a very calm atmosphere. The gentleman at the counter was clearly a professional in the products he was selling. I had musso and tripe made to go. Once they were delivered, I noticed a difference from what I usually buy in my area, and I found a marked difference in flavor. Recommended.
