To put it in a reduced (simplified) way, the chef's name matches the food...the enjoyment is a☝🏻"Oberhammer" 👌🏻😋😋😋👌🏻. Mille mille grazie 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 capo, also for the personal invitation to your kingdom. We'll definitely see each other again...that's a promise and a "threat" at the same time.

Incredible restaurant 6 stars! The nice lady at the bar is simply amazing, she made the evening a very special one.

The chef uses local products and flavors from this mountainous region, and the sommelier offers wines from local producers that pair perfectly with the dishes. This restaurant is unpretentious and the result of an artistic approach by enthusiasts which demonstrates the love of this magnificent region.

This was, without question, the best meal I have ever had. The art, the presentation, the flavors — everything was top-notch. Each course was delicious, interesting, and beautiful. We were constantly amazed by every dish. The waitress was wonderful and attentive, and the chef came out to ask us about our meal at the end of it. There was no better way for us to spend our evening in celebration of our marriage earlier that day. We will be returning to the Dolomites simply to enjoy another meal at Tilia. Thank you.

Chris Oberhammer is still in good shape. His dishes exude harmony without being boring, are light and surprising at the same time. 10 to a maximum of 14 guests are served at four tables, making this a very private, exclusive atmosphere. Top wine accompaniment from a selective wine list with a large selection from well-chosen winemakers and labels.

We dined at Ristorante Tilia last week and the experience was life changing. By far, one of the best meals and dinning experiences that we’ve had. The atmosphere is cozy, only 5 tables in the entire restaurant. Definitely make a reservation in advance if you’re planning to dine here. We went with the 5 course surprise menu and wine pairing and I recommend going this route to get the full experience. I notified the restaurant of my gluten allergy when making the reservation and was extremely impressed with how well I was taken care of. The hostess and server was knowledgeable of my request and the restaurant took my allergy seriously. Modifications were made to my 5 courses as needed to accommodate my dietary restriction and the final product was exquisite— just as good as my partner’s non-gluten free option! The restaurant has an amazing wine selection and we ended up purchasing a few bottles to take back to America. Overall, the experience was amazing and I couldn’t recommend this restaurant enough. This meal was the highlight of our trip and we plan to come back to the Dolomites just to dine here.

We celebrated and enjoyed our wedding anniversary at Tilia... the surprise menu is wonderful, the chef enchants the taste buds with creativity and ease and sometimes uses ingredients that you wouldn't otherwise be able to get your hands on. The lady in service knows her stuff and creates a cozy and pleasant atmosphere... we are thrilled with you and would be happy to come back...

Dear French compatriots: you will not come just for that, but know that here you will have no difficulty understanding and being understood because the description of the dishes and wines and the service will be offered to you spontaneously in the language of Molière, both by the room staff as well as by the chef! You can choose from the menu, small but excellent, but let yourself be tempted in three, four or five dishes, by the inspiration of Chris' moment. And this without apprehension in relation to your tastes, since you can indicate what "disappoints" you when booking (obligatory since there are only five tables and twelve place settings per service). Lots of tastes and flavors in perfectly cooked dishes, giving pride of place to local producers. Beautiful wine list, including of course "ours", but here too, let yourself discover the wines of the Dolomites. Really a great time in this Michelin-starred hotel in this bi-cultural region of South Tyrol.

This was our first experience with a dinner course in Italy. We ordered the 5-course meal with wine pairing, and the dishes were almost like works of art. The wines served alongside each course perfectly complemented the food. The table setting, chairs, and ambiance were all excellent for enjoying the meal, and the staff provided very friendly and detailed explanations about each dish. Although we didn’t manage to fully express our admiration to the chef at the time, the experience was truly exceptional and memorable. If we visit the Dolomites again, we would definitely love to return.
