High-end South Tyrolean cuisine. The menu isn't extensive, but the dishes are meticulously crafted. Excellent wines are also available by the glass.

This was, in recent memory one of the best fine-dining experiences I've had.
The selection of flavours and ingredients came together incredibly well - highlighting both in-season produce, luxury touches and outstanding attention to detail.
Thank you also for the fine service and for making us feel welcome as a family with a young child who was just about barely under control 😂.
The building and decor is also truly stunning. Overall just an exceptional experience.

We went there during a short stay in the Dolomites. There were few tables, so reservations were required.
Chic and modern decor, surprisingly located in the countryside.
Delicious food. Personalized service (who spoke French) but who lacked a bit of knowledge about the wines.

We went to this restaurant for our anniversary. It was an excellent choice. I should start by saying that due to various food intolerances, we often avoid eating out. I felt safe at this restaurant; everything was perfect! We highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful time at Tilia during our visit to the Dolomites. We were delighted by the warm welcome from the owners. The cuisine was full of finesse and flavor, accompanied by excellent wines.

Belated anniversary dinner 😍
#tilia is not open on Mondays so we delayed this special meal and it was well worth waiting for 😂😍
We cycled from our site about 10 mins away and it was an easy ride on the bike path on the way there but took the main road on the way back as bike paths not lit 😭
It was a fabulous dining experience and a visual and tasty assault on our taste buds 😍. Every mouthful was a delight.

This is definitely the best meal I have had in Italy😍😋

A wonderful evening with wonderful hosts. Thank you very much. Every course was a delight and a feast for the senses. I've always enjoyed wine pairings, but here I was thrilled by the masterful selection. We'd love to come back.

Hermoso interior, deliciosa comida, excelente servicio - no podía faltar! Menú realmente impresionante, chef vino a hablar con nosotros sobre la comida, grandes cócteles (buena relación calidad-precio en happy hour! ) honestamente creo que es una joya escondida - a la par con lovage y osters pero mejores precios. ¡Más gente necesita saberlo! Se lo diré a mis amigos y volveré en mi próxima cita.
