A truly romantic place. The lady seemed like a German woman to me, cold and not laughing. Italians are always nice, but we were here in mid-October. Maybe tired after the summer? The day before, we ate at a nearby restaurant because it was cheaper, and I have to say we ate better the day before. The pasta ragu seemed lacking in salt, as did the tomato and vegetable sauce. I don't think we'll be back.

Update 2025: After eating here for many years, this time the service was so unwilling and without a smile that we (there were four of us this time) wondered what was causing so much grumpiness. OMG, rolling eyes, no drinks served for a long time, probably a mistake by the chef who didn't devein the shrimp, and then a harsh tone when paying. A few streets away, we had friendly service and excellent food on three evenings. So we know where they won't want to see us again in the future, what a pity for this lovely restaurant! Previous reviews... we've liked it here for years and have always been satisfied. Lovely courtyard in a narrow alley.

Excellent seafood restaurant in the center of Grado. Very friendly owners and excellent dishes. The service staff is very attentive. Highly recommended.
