We started with a trio of delicately flavored ricottas, followed by two traditional Roman classics: the Giudia-style artichoke and the Roman-style one, both nothing short of crazy. The vegetable meatball with pumpkin cream and Taggiasca olives was a real surprise, while the crunchy potato chips added a delicious touch to the starter. The first courses were the real triumph: the gnocchi with gorgonzola, walnuts and 'nduja were creamy and full of character, the ravioli filled with aubergines, scamorza and pine nuts a perfect balance of flavours, while the gnocchi with clam and artichoke cream were a delicate and refined mix of sea and land. As a second course, the chicken cut with lime, saffron, honey and crumbled Taggiasca olives surprised us with its combination of sweet and citrus, with very tender and juicy meat. The grand finale was the crumbled cake with pistachio and hazelnut Chantilly cream: a dessert that alone is worth the visit, with a velvety and irresistible cream. The service is impeccable and the atmosphere of the place is warm and welcoming. All with an excellent quality-price ratio! If you are looking for a small restaurant where you can eat well with quality products you absolutely must try this place. The business is run by a guy/chef who, in addition to being empathetic, kind and professional, knows how to cook excellently. What it offers is truly top quality and freshly cooked. So a few more minutes of waiting will make you enjoy really good dishes. The menu offers various gems that are cooked with care. All very good and the costs are fair for the quality offered. A small cozy place. Dishes are outstanding from the starter to the dessert. Every dish is well cooked with passion and love. Especially the PASTA fresca homemade, absolutely impressive!

Without too many mincing words, the best carbonara I have ever eaten! I also recommend the tiramisu, freshly prepared by them in different variations.

Truly a jewel of a place, few tables and therefore intimate... with the very nice and talented Andrea who comes out of the kitchen to meet the diners and recommend the dishes. I was very impressed by the quality of the ingredients. We left the place having had a real Sunday lunch from starter to dessert and thinking that we wouldn't have to have dinner and that we might feel weighed down, but a few hours later everything had been digested and we already wanted a snack and dinner. Right portions and interesting and delicate flavors with quality raw materials... this is the secret. We will definitely be back.
