Ta Hua's cuisine is an explosion of freshness and harmony. Crispy spring rolls reveal a heart of fresh and tasty vegetables, paving the way for an unforgettable culinary experience. The prawn pad Thai, with its rice noodles stir-fried with eggs, vegetables and juicy prawns, conquers with its balance of sweet and sour and spicy flavours. The grand finale is entrusted to Cantonese rice, a classic of Chinese cuisine prepared to perfection with rice stir-fried with vegetables, eggs and meat or fish. Every bite is an explosion of authentic flavors that will transport you directly to the East. The service is impeccable: quick, efficient and always friendly. The staff is attentive to customer needs and ready to recommend the best dishes. Ta Hua is a real pearl in the Milanese culinary scene. Rightly considered one of the best Chinese restaurants in Milan, I must say that it does not disappoint at all: very delicate Dim Sums prepared by hand on the spot from the Chinese version of the local "sfoglina", perfect fried foods, truly original preparations and outside the usual classic proposals of these restaurants, all incredibly light. A note of merit is that the Ta-Hua is perfectly equipped to also satisfy the needs of celiacs, allowing them to enjoy an all-round experience without compromises. The service is impeccable, certainly a little chaotic at times when the influx is notable, but I really appreciate their ability to explain and guide the guest through the menu.
