After a long time, I returned to this all-you-can-eat restaurant in Piazza Ippolito Nievo. I found the restaurant renovated in some areas, and I must say it immediately gave me a warm welcome.
I was with friends, and we tried a few dishes, especially cooked ones, and I must say everything was above average.
Compared to some restaurants, the wine cellar is good, with both white and red wines and sparkling wines.
They also have some craft beers.
You can eat both indoors and outdoors. The staff is friendly and helpful.

What a spectacular meal! The best gastronomic experience we had in Rome. An explosion of flavors. We went on a Monday around 12:30. It's a shame there aren't more stars for this restaurant.

Excellent sushi restaurant located on Viale Trastevere, near Piazza Ippolito Nievo. Fast service, excellent food, and a wide variety of dishes. The restaurant is elegant, with a modern, sophisticated style. Lunch/dinner is available both inside and on the lovely outdoor terraces. Delicious!

I was here for dinner and had a great time.
Honestly, I'd gladly return, especially given the convenience of nearby transportation.
It's a shame about the inattentiveness of the staff and the food.
Otherwise, I had a great time.
