The best restaurant in Bibione you can go to. Great location and atmosphere. Friendly service, even in a full restaurant we didn't wait that long for our food. They brought us a basket with bread and breadsticks for free and the food was amazing. Prices for one meal are around €10-20, they don't have Aperol on offer, but if you ask, they will make it for you at the best price in the area (€3.50). At the end we got a free shot and lollipop. Tiramisu was also great. The portions are huge, we had to pack half of it with us, that's also not a problem if you ask.

We visited the restaurant several times during our vacation and it was always a great experience. The service was absolutely amazing and fast and the food was also great. The waiter always offered us a speciality. We would love to go back there again :-). After the meal, we always enjoyed lollipops for the children and liqueur for the adults. In the case of fish, the waiter filleted the fish right in front of us, which was also a great help. We salute the great staff, especially Maradona salutes Andrea:-D. Great atmosphere.

It's a coincidence that you enter a restaurant in Bibione, without any particular expectations, and have a wonderful dinner. It's a rainy summer evening in Lignano, and you decide to return to that Bibione restaurant that left such a fond memory, hoping to repeat the experience again, but with the risk of finding it changed and/or the fear of disappointment.
But no. We arrive and find Ilario still there, doing his job with love and passion. You can tell by the dishes that arrive at the table. Last night we started with a "fisherman's caponata," a delicious stew with mollusks, crustaceans, small whole fish, cherry tomatoes, and toasted bread. A super-abundant single portion that we shared, and it was a promising start. Remembering the delicious pasta of the day we'd eaten years before, we wanted to repeat it, and the spectacular scialatielli with baby octopus, scorpion fish, and prawns arrived, a fantastic dish—basically not pasta with fish, but fish with pasta. To be fair, while eating both the fisherman's caponata and the pasta, we did find a few small bones and peels. Some might find them annoying, but I think that's more of a plus than a minus. A few small bones (though not much), which clearly indicates the fish was fresh, are better than fish that tastes a bit like ammonia because they use buckets of ready-made sauce, carefully prepared but frozen.
The place was quite busy yesterday, and the waiters were quite busy, but always kind and smiling.
We had also eyed the baklava and dulce de leche, but honestly, we couldn't fit anything else (yours truly rudely mopped up the sauce and handed it over completely clean; it was too good to leave it there).
And now for the bill. Sometimes you have to spend money to eat good fish, but not in this case. Ilario has been successful and his restaurant has grown, but he hasn't compromised on the quality of his food. Even more surprisingly, he hasn't raised his prices, which are still more than fair. What can I say? We won't be waiting years to return! I hope there will always be a place for us, even when, as often happens lately, you have a line outside. You've told us your story, and I can only admire you and what you've done. And you're right: we need to believe in dreams because they're what keep us going. Thank you for last night's dream.

Das beste Restaurant in Bibione. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis perfekt. Das Essen ist dort super lecker. Sehr freundlicher Chef, der auch gerne eine Gruß aus der Küche bringt.

Ritornare in questo ristorante è una garanzia .il gestore Dario sempre una grande persona. Lui sa come coccolare e consigliare i suoi clienti. Servizio un grazie speciale ai ragazzi tutti veramente simpatici e disponibili ti fanno sentire come se fossi a casa tua un ristorante che consiglio a tutti almeno una due tre volte grazie Storione alla prossima volta
