The hotel could do with a bit of renovation but everything was perfectly clean and the location is great!

As others have already written, an outdated hotel, located directly on the foot of the lake with its own restaurant. However, also directly on the busy road. When a stupid motorcyclist thinks he has to drive up and down at night with a booming noise, it's annoying... Rooms are simple, but clean. Bathroom with toilet small and partly in need of overhaul. Air conditioning in the room works well. Small free outdoor pool is fine. Basically cheap and not an issue for 1 or 2 nights. Don't do anything for a vacation.

Great location, great service, helpful and friendly staff. Clean but dated rooms. Complete breakfast with everything both sweet and savory. Good base for a night or two. There is a simple and basic swimming pool.

16/08/2024: Our first night in Sirmione and what a fabulous start to our holiday. Delicious food and the amazing staff were so welcoming and friendly. We will definitely return during our stay.
14/08/2024: After touring half the city looking for a restaurant with some vegan options, we came across this place by chance a stone's throw from the lake, attracted by the vegan lasagna (very good!). Superlative location, being nestled in the historic center of Sirmione, one of the most evocative towns on Lake Garda, excellent food (and above all for all tastes), super friendly and very nice waiters! We'll be back!
