An excellent seafood restaurant. Lower Tuscany and Umbria have this restaurant in Passignano sul Trasimeno at their disposal, so you don't have to drive miles to the beach without missing the quality. The interior is elegant and charming. The staff is plentiful, fast (sometimes too fast), and knowledgeable. The fish is always fresh and of high quality, well-cooked and presented. The menu satisfies both traditional lovers and those who want to try more modern dishes. It's a shame there's no fried fish or chips, which would please children. The wine list is adequate. Prices are in line with the quality.

In a very pleasant location, this restaurant offers a delicious menu, clearly influenced by the owner's Sardinian origins. I was pampered and looked after by the owner, always available with information and suggestions, and I enjoyed an excellent selection of raw fish, enriched and accompanied by an assortment of panelle, fried piadinas, and carasau bread. Afterwards, on the chef's recommendation, I enjoyed a traditional Sardinian dish, Fregole alla pescatora, featuring an excellent selection of local fish and shellfish. I stopped here this time, reserving the right place to return soon to sample the inviting gastronomic offerings on the menu. Compliments to the owners!

My fiancé and I return to Passignano every year as soon as the warmer weather arrives: this restaurant has become a regular. The atmosphere is truly refined and welcoming, perfect for a romantic dinner. The staff is always extremely kind and friendly, making you feel right at home. The seafood dishes are strikingly balanced: the flavors are harmonious and enveloping, with a delicacy that highlights the ingredients without ever overpowering them. The bill is commensurate with the high quality of the ingredients and the attentive service. A word of advice: always make a reservation, as it's rightfully in high demand. Parking nearby is also very convenient!

Not recommended. The octopus pasta was good and the view over the lake was wonderful. However the chef was completely disinterested and did not want to answer our questions. Further, he did not listen to our request on size of fish.
