One of the best risottos I've ever eaten. The salmon was very good too, so tender.

Finalmente uno chef che sa veramente cucinare il pesce, abbiamo preso gnocchetti fantastici e grigliata meravigliosa.. l’antipasto carrellata di pesce leggermente “corto” se lo dividi, perfetto per una persona ma era buonissimo veramente; ci siamo seduti fuori e sembrava di stare in barca a mangiare pesce.. bellissimo pranzo Unico consiglio, un filo più di attenzione nel pulire il guscio delle cozze, a parte questo tutto perfetto. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!!

Da diversi anni non tornavo al sottovento,non so neppure se sia cambiata la gestione..ma il posto è sempre bello e accogliente,il servizio gentile. Ottimo il cibo,forse anche troppo abbondante; nota di merito per l'astice,veramente ottimo. Prezzo adeguato

13/09/2025: Cima del Bottaccione, surrounded by greenery, an enchanting place very close to the medieval and historic city of Gubbio, seasoned by a kind, young and efficient staff with typical local dishes of a unique taste.
11/09/2025: Nothing to say, the friccò is amazing and there's plenty of crescia. Highly recommended.

11/09/2025: Unfortunately, we didn't like it. Perhaps the location on the upper floor of the Co-op was a bit disappointing, and the dishes weren't up to par. I have to say, we took the €40 menu, which wasn't worth it. Perhaps we don't like prized black truffles; we found them to be very bland. If you're an expert on this ingredient, you might find the menu excellent, but that's not our case.
06/09/2025: The structure is not beautiful but the cuisine is superb I ate there twice and tried different dishes but I didn't find any flaws everything was perfect
