Ristorante Sogno In San felice del benaco

We had booked and confirmed a table directly by the lake for a special occasion. When we were there, we were told that this was probably not possible. Regardless of the fact that we were then allowed to provide first aid without any thanks because a guest had fainted, we were punished with non-observance the whole evening. The cuisine is mediocre and the service is poor. One waiter was friendly and I would like to emphasize that. My wife and I are both doctors and only the waiter thanked me for the emergency intervention. Unfortunately, the boss was too busy hanging around the “important guests”. There was no sign of the sister with whom I made the reservation until the cashier. Definitely the last time for us.

An oasis of peace, beauty and quality

Everything perfect. Lovely place and excellent food. The hotel is welcoming and with attention to every detail. The quiet and private swimming pool. The property also has covered parking. Everyone is kind and helpful.. the breakfast is exceptional and the property is right on the lake. We stayed 3 nights and they were days to remember. Thanks for everything. We will be back soon.

Very nice hotel in a wonderful location directly on Lake Garda. The welcome was very warm. The room is very nice, spacious and very well equipped with a wonderful view of the lake. A rich and wonderful breakfast was served in the garden pavilion with a direct view of the lake. Dinner in the hotel restaurant right on the lake was excellent. The whole team, a family business and all employees were very courteous, efficient and very friendly. We were also given very good tips for various inquiries about various excursions.

Location stupenda, quailtà ottima ma...... La mia valutazione è ottima rispetto a diversi punti di vista: qualità materie prime, presentazione piatti, cura e attenzione dello staff, la location davvero stupenda, insomma quasi perfetto. Purtroppo mi spiace segnalare 2 punti dolenti: il coperto 5 euro: mi chiedo se tra 5 anni diventerà 10 euro?? Inaccettabile. Il menù vini: abbiamo scelto un Lugana 2023 a ben 38 euro. Ok, dai sarà un'eccellenza, andiamo a guardare il sito del produttore: 11 euro. Potrei accettare anche il doppio, ma il quadruplo no, è inaccettabile. Forse meglio un calice a 8 euro? Non so. Però vorrei sensibilizzare i titolari del ristorante a rivedere il ricarico che applicano ai vini, io non trovo equo né corretto quadruplicare i prezzi a listino.
