Shorai is one of the best AYCE for 15 they maintain good quality on their ingredients. I have gotten sick in other sushi places in Milano but this is the 5th visit and no surprises.

A restaurant with an excellent atmosphere, mainly because the decor is very original, given that it is difficult to see it. I regret to say that the food was average, and the Ramen broth was somewhat salty. The sushi was not well presented, like almost every dish, thus deducting points which made me decide to give this review. But in the end it's not bad, at most they have to make an effort to properly dose the salt in the broth, as well as for the presentation of the dishes, which is very important for a restaurant.

I've been coming for years for lunch and have always had a good time. The last few times, however, the fish seemed less fresh than usual (perhaps due to the high temperatures and the fact that the salmon for the sashimi had oxidized a little). They are very quick at lunch and I really appreciated this, but regarding food they should return to the quality of a few months ago. It's a shame because it's a good solution in a central and convenient area.

I recommend. For lunch, it is conveniently located and at an adequate price (14.9 euros per person, at lunch). The fish is fresh and tasty.

23/07/2024: I ate a few à la carte things, sautéed mixed vegetables, 2 skewers of calamari and 2 of shrimp, water. Spend €19 Not bad food, for what I got I can't complain. The Italian-speaking waitress is attentive. The problem is the strong smell of greasy dirt at the entrance, even in the room there was a very unpleasant smell. I recommend washing doors and tables better with some good products. However you can try.

12/11/2024: Very long waits between one dish and another, half of the orders were wrong. Very noisy environment. Good dishes, but only affordable with 50% discount or AYCE
